The data I collect was blocked with some new technique. I filed a support ticket. They responded immediately and it was unblocked in less than 24 hours. I was very satisfied with both the product and the support.

Their service is excellent. However, their pricing is unacceptable to me. I didn't use much of their web scraping because I was aware of their fees, but I still feel like I was overpaid. This is why I cancelled my subscription.

I've used Crawlbase's Crawling API mainly and have gone through their docs extensively.

There are 2 things that I've had great experience with, the first 1 is the simple/easier to follow docs and the 2nd one is the ease of plug and play API that has actually provided good quality data without failing.
