I purchased a flat from Purvankara based on its brand reputation, which has unfortunately not translated into delivery or accountability. The possession date committed at the time of booking has already been missed, and even now there is no concrete or credible possession timeline. Repeated follow-ups with the CRM team have only resulted in verbal assurances and revised promises that have not been fulfilled. The consistent delays, lack of transparency, and absence of clear communication reflect extremely poor customer handling. My experience has been deeply disappointing, and I strongly urge prospective buyers to conduct thorough due diligence and not rely on brand image alone before investing their hard-earned money.

I came to purchase property in puravankara with high hopes, expecting it to be such a big name in the property market. But all their promises are false. The possession is just getting delayed, CRM team is highly unprofessional, they don’t answer calls neither reply to our mails. We didn’t invest our lifetime savings into their project to be betrayed like this by them. False commitment and false hopes, that’s Puravankara for you
