Really helpful, sorted the issue and left everything spotless.

Mr James T and Mr Ryan W came to install air-conditioners for us. Very experienced and efficient workers. Completed the work very quickly and did the tidy-up. Highly recommend.

Just installed a very impressive 7.1 kw unit in the house. All the work was completed in 1 day, everything was done perfectly: neat, precise, fast. The team was lovely, very professional. Would not use any other company for the AC installation. Pure Group are fantastic.

This is an excellent organisation with a very capable team throughout, whether it's from the first contact with the super helpful Laura on the front desk through to the engineers who install and service the equipment. They all really care about the customer and are totally committed to providing an all round superb service. Lots of companies talk about leading edge service and delivery but this is one that lives up to its commitments and exceeds them. Thank you very much indeed.

What makes Pure Group stand out is their team. Everyone who I have interacted with both for the service visits and from customer service in house are brilliant. They are polite, engaging and really take their jobs seriously giving great service. Elishia, for instance who is their senior service coordinator has always gone out of her way to ensure I am a happy customer. She offers a level of support that puts other companies to shame and has helped with my aircon needs in ways that are certainly way beyond her normal job scope. I appreciate that level of effort and would highly recommend the whole team to anyone who needs the services they offer.

Excellent service by Ben

We had ongoing issues with our air conditioning system in the office for around 3 and a half months. The building owners arranged for Pure Group to attend, and the system was resolved in just one day.

The team were very professional, friendly, and informative throughout. They took the time to explain the controls clearly and made sure we fully understood how everything worked. A great service all round — thank you.

I've used Pure Group for aircon servicing and installation for a number of years. I've always found them reliable and great with communication and scheduling.

The Pure group were professional, courteous, and friendly at all times. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after each day's work. The work itself was excellent and to a very high standard. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for air-con to be fitted in their home.

They went round to do gas safety checks and shut the combi boiler down because one of the front panel clip was broken.
They did not even fill in the warning notice properly.
To repair it they have asked for £265+vat.
I bought a new case for £85 and took 2 minutes to fit
