My wife and I have used this product for the past 4 months and have had good overall results - some weight loss and increased energy which we are very thankful about.The issue we have is that the company tried to charge our card for auto ship when it was not called for and then struggled to stop the card charges once it was brought to there customer service (3 times) attention; ultimately, we cancelled our subscription.

The results!! I tried Diuretics, elevating my legs for 12 hours a day & wearing compression stockings. Nothing worked, so I tried “lymph system”. After a couple of weeks I started feeling a lightness in my legs. So I measured my calves. There was a difference, so I remeasured after another month & my legs were 2 inches smaller on each leg!! My legs feel so much lighter & it isn’t painful to walk. This works for lymphedema!! My Dr put me on the diuretic Lasix—it didn’t do a thing. It wasn’t my heart it was an inefficient lymph system that wouldn’t drain.

Unwanted Delivery from PureHealthResearch
Last year I ordered 2 prodcts from Pure Health Research. When I realized that this was a subscription with monthly auto-delivery, I immediately cancelled both orders. The cancellation was confirmed by the company. Now 6 months later they suddenly sent me the same 2 products again totally out of the blue and charged my credit card without my order. Now they refuse to send me a refund and instead want me to send the products back on my own cost (shipping costs of $40+ from my country shipped to the US). So that leaves me with only 2 options: either send the products back and lose $40+ (without being sure that they will really refund the money - the chances get smaller and smaller) or keep both products. Either way I have lost.
The discussions were so long and so stressful while constantly going in circles not leading to anywhere. Instead of really solving the issue, the customer service representative constantly tried to sell me on some stupid arrangements and didnd't respect me repeated 'No'. Later, they apologized for my "disapointment" but not even once for their misbehavior, the very manipulative conversation and their aggressive sales tactics. I'm done with that company forever. I used to believe that their products were good - I didn't feel a difference. Besides, how good can their products be when they need such unethical and aggressive sales tactics?
I just checked other reviews and found two interesting patterns. #1 the standardized "friendly" responds from Pure Health Research with promises to take care of the matter; #2 like with me, they always apologize for the disapointment the customer had (indirectly saying that they're just emotional and have no reason to complain), #3 all positive reviews I have seen so far were published after the negative reviews, and they all sound the same. The pattern: 1 bad review, 2 positive ones, 1 bad review, 2 positive ones. I'm curious what PHR is going to write about my review. And I have no doubt that immediately there will follow 2 positive reviews. Something happening once might be a coincidence, twice the same pattern is a hint, three times the same pattern is proof.

I had high liver enzymes and doc said we will keep an eye on it and if later no improvement we will do a medication. I have always trusted Pure Health Research for my supplements and when I seen the doc again he said results are good and keep up what you’re doing. I know a lot of docs do not believe in supplements but I can say that they do what Pure Health tells you. Give it a try after all what do you have to lose?

My sister ordered Nerve Flow product
My sister ordered Nerve Flow product. It caused side effects so she discontinued use and immediately called and cancelled this subscription. She was told that it had been cancelled. She never received another shipment. Assumed it had been cancelled. Then she receives a call six months later with a very aggressive representative screaming about money owed. She made sure her credit card sent the payment for the order and then cancelled her credit card. The calls continue despite the credit card company confirming that the payment had been received and telling this screaming woman that her subscription was cancelled and nothing else has been received. Our next move will be to involve a lawyer. This is a clear scam to a senior and unnecessarily aggressive at that!
