The company have been helpful and efficient throughout. The engineer managed to fit the new box to a very old stone wall, which was a challenge. He remained cheerful and smiling the entire time

This company is very good in sales and I changed from Harvey to Pure water. I was a Harvey user for 15 years . Pure water system is not providing me the happy experience that I had with Harvey. I have spent more money , space for this bulky unit . I am an unhappy customer but Pure water is not ready to acknowledge it

They are just looting the people with high service charge and meddle with your system remotely if you don't schedule a service at the time they say. System starts to work bizarely when they want the service to be done. they control the system from remote.

Someone from the company called me to confirm an appointment which was scheduled for next day, which is fine.
However the lady who called was extremely rude and when I asked about the price of the products they offer and have quotes from other company, she was not happy and tried to convince me otherwise.
If even before sale this is the behavior of the staff, I wonder what would be after the purchase. I would avoid.

Purewater people supply an excellent water softener system. We don't get any build up of scale in the shower, electric kettle or any where else in the house.
The only thing is it has to be serviced every year which is quite expensive and it also is expensive to buy the system to begin with. Making the point about it being expensive we would not like to be with out it now. Before we had it fitted our shower and kettle were continually being replaced because of the hard water ,now we have no problems with the shower or kettle.

After a long year of research, i took the plunge to buy this system in late 2016. To this date, I never repented my choice. The water quality is far superior to the current market standards.

They are high priced for sure but the quality of their system, engineer installation and their customer service is a top notch one.

I highly recommend this company for the better quality of water for the whole house.
