I recently purchased the children’s headphones from Puro and I am absolutely thrilled. These headphones not only come in an appealing design, but they also offer excellent sound quality—perfect for little ears!
However, I would especially like to highlight the world-class support I received. When I had a small question regarding the features, I was quickly and pleasantly assisted by the Puro team. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to assist me. It is rare these days to experience such personal and dedicated customer service, and this made my experience with Puro Sound Laps even better.

Have had 2 of Puro Sound Labs "BT2200s Volume Limited Bluetooth Headphones with Built-In Mic" for our children for a little over 3 years. Expensive but good quality and we have been satisfied with them - until they reached an age of a little more than 3 years. Then the batteries died. And to my surprise it is not possible to change the batteries in these expensive headphones marketed as high-end high-quality headphones for children. Sorry to say but no more Puro products for this family.
