It is not clear that you have to register when you enter. The signs are in Danish and not clear on the website they give you. Parking meters are few and far between. It seems they purposefully don’t want you to know what to do and then hit you with a 940 kr. fine.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst parking experiences I ever had. I parked at the Dresden Altmarkt (Germany) on the 20th of December. Returning to the car park around 10.30 pm, I wanted to use my ‘blue badge’ - disability card, which allows for free parking across Europe. When I rang for assistance, I had a very unfriendly lady who said it doesn’t apply to this car park and I have to pay despite the disability card. When I queried it and said I use this card whether I’m in London, Berlin or other towns in Europe, she just said in a very aggressive manner, “Are you going to pay now or not? “ After that, she didn’t take any of my calls and pretended not to be there. I did pay but I think this customer service was absolutely appalling and I don’t think I will use Qpark again.
This company and its jobsworth staff are complicit in organised crime. It is legitimately safer to park on-street. Leave your vehicle at your own peril!
Q-Park Westend-Gate Frankfurt: Online booking does not produce a confirmation mail or receipt. App doesn't work. Webforms don't work. Email to servicecenter of q-park is not answered. Nobody present at the parking to talk to. Pedestrian access to parking is filthy, elevator out of order.
