If you think delivering a shower screen at 4:27am, yes 4:27am is acceptable I might be judging to harshly. The day previously I had a message it would be delivered between 5:15 and 7 am and when I rang the number attached I got no reply. Due to this I didn’t mute my phone overnight and was woken at 3:19am stating the delivery was now between 4:15 and 4:45am.
The delivery was in a QS Supplies van so they can’t blame an independent courier for this !!!
A tired day at work now for me and my wife.
I have no idea of the condition of the delivery and too tired to check.
I would give 0 stars just for lack of customer care or consideration.

Product came damaged
Product came damaged. Reported that the cistern was smashed which was part of a toilet and cistern pack. Was refused a replacement so had to purchase a new cistern at my cost.
