Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous I cant believe how fab this dress is. This is my 1st order to QueenieAustralia , I was a bit sceptical. However I am amazed at the quality the service and the speed it was delivered. I cant recommend this company highly enough. If you are thinking of ordering go for it you wont be disappointed.

Ordered a dress with custom sizing. Thought company was in Australia to facilitate any further alterations.They are in Shanghai.
Arrived not at all like the item on the website but ALL the seams were puckered, the sequins and crystals were hanging loose ie not flush on the material,the underlayer was a piece of material folded over and sewn in place to make a double layer.the hem was not only puckered but completely irregular. The dress looks like it was done by a child!!
Company contacted immediately,asked to send photos,many photos sent,this was the reply..
Thank you for your photos. After forwarding it to our tailors, here are the answers I havr got. Hope we can achieve some agreement on this.
Firstly, the dress is a handmade one, thus the hem line will be straight and perfect as machinery made. IF you are looking for a handmade dress with zero fault, we suggest you can buy machinery made dresses, not ours.
Secondly, the dress came all the way from China to Australia, we have done quality control befoere dispatching it and the seam string might become loose because of the travel.
As a customer service, we are sorry we have to go with our company rules. Sorry we can`t give refund for this reason. Hope you can understand.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered the dress for my wedding in white.......it only took 15 days to reach Australia and is gorgeous! very impressed with the dress and delivery, feels wonderful on and ordered it with custom measurements and it is exactly right! ordered the hem a little longer so I can take it to a local seamstress with my shoes for exact length......would not hesitate to recommend this dress and also to recommend that people use the custom measurements. Thank you!
