Scam/spam

Didn't fill in a survey yet received an email from "Survanta Survey Panel UK" aka Questionpro.com thanking me for answering a survey and suggesting that I finalize my membership. Would advise everybody not to click any links in their emails and just update your spam filter to autodelete them.

Scam Company

It's impossible to reach the minimum amount of points to actually redeem a gift card. I am at 955 points and the only e-mails they keep sending me are links to surveys where it displays that I already completed them.

They send three emails today indicating I can earn 150 points and all three display this when I click the link:

The owner of this survey has disabled users from taking the survey multiple times. Since we already have a response from you we cannot accept your response at this time.

They've obviously benefited from surveys I have completed to reach 955 points and now they don't offer any that work to get to the minimum amount to redeem.

Don't waste your time!

Update: I did manage to reach 1870 points. As soon as I did, the $5 Amazon gift card for 1800 points went from being listed as "You don't have enough points to redeem this." to "Not available"

Surveys Showed I Had Earned Points, but I Couldn’t Access Them — Support Never Helped

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with QuestionPro.

I have been completing surveys through emails that are consistently sent to the same email address. Those emails show both the number of points I have earned and the number of points each individual survey is worth.

I never knew my password, so I tried to use the password-reset option with the same email address that has been receiving all of my survey invitations. I never received the password-reset email.

I contacted support multiple times — approximately four times — asking for help accessing my account and checking my points and earnings. I received no response.

I eventually contacted someone through the online chat. The representative asked me whether I actually had an account. Since I could not access one, I decided to try signing up using the exact same email address that had been receiving my surveys.

I was able to create a brand-new account using that email address.

That raised a serious concern for me. If the surveys I had been completing were actually connected to an existing account under that same email address, why was I able to create another account using it?

I then checked the new account expecting to see the points that had been displayed in the survey emails I had been receiving and completing. None of those points were there.

So now I have survey emails showing that I had earned points, but the account I was able to create with that exact same email address shows none of those points.

I explained this to the chat representative. I was told that my previous support requests had gone to the wrong email address or the wrong person. I showed the representative that I had contacted the person/email address I had specifically been instructed to contact. I was also told that someone would get back to me within 24–48 hours.

It has now been much longer than 48 hours, and I still have received no response or resolution.

At this point, I have made multiple attempts to get an explanation and recover or verify the points I earned from completing surveys, and I have received no meaningful assistance.

I cannot say what is happening on their end, but based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the way points and participant accounts are being handled. I completed the surveys, the emails showed points associated with my participation, yet those points are nowhere to be found in the account I was able to create using the same email address.

This is why I am extremely disappointed and why I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Don't take their surveys.

I just completed an in-depth survey about remodeling work I did in February for my apartment's bathroom and bedroom through QMEE. It took 50 minutes and after submitting it (with my personal details like my race, income, and living situation) they declined my survey and didn't pay me despite taking my info. As soon as you see questionpro.com close the survey. Don't trust these scammers.

Spam central refuses to unsubscribe

Seldom have I come across such aggressive unwanted marketing. Somebody called Malavika keeps sending me spam emails despite unsubscribing at least 5 times, reporting junk and even phishing. They just find a way to ignore all of it and keep sending unwanted emails aggressively. Makes me question their data privacy and consent compliance. Question pro, I will never buy your product, please back off with the aggressive unwanted marketing.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

Sometimes we would like the ability to schedule "appointments" when using the survey as a registration form. Often times we do events where having families sign up for a time to come would be very beneficial.

What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use QuestionPro regularly to measure the impact of our programs, like knowledge change, and behavior habits building. Additionally we gain valuable feedback from stakeholders in our community through our surveys which help lead future programs and county initiatives.
