Our Quickstep flooring from Flooring…
Our Quickstep flooring from Flooring king, was down for 1 week before it started chipping! I dropped a small espresso cup on it and it chipped. My son dropped a Lego sculpture on it and it chipped. Hoovering tool from a foot high chipped! There are chips everywhere, it's softer than any flooring we have had before! Please be aware this flooring is crap, and its a scam! They will not help, but state that;
Dropping items onto a Quick-Step floor excludes it from the manufacturer's warranty. The official Quick-Step warranty terms explicitly classify damage from dropped objects as "accidents, abuse, misuse, or mechanical damage," which are entirely excluded from coverage.
🚫 What Quick-Step Excludes From Warranty
• Impact Damage: Chips, cracks, or deep indentations caused by falling objects (like kitchen utensils, cans, or heavy tools).
• Mechanical Damage: Gouges or severe surface punctures from sharp objects, high heels, etc
We have the rest of our house to buy flooring for and there is absolutely no way we will be throwing away good money on this rubbish! Flooring king were also rubbish and basically said we had no warranty from them, they sell it and wash there hands of any problems. Again Flooring king us not recommended either, never again.

Online ordering a bit crap
Tried to enter a different delivery address to billing which seemed to cause no end of problems. Firstly it required a door number which isnt always present for houses in rural areas. Secondly it wasnt clear which address was the billing and which was the delivery. Took 3 attempts which on a mobile is painful.
As for the products, no idea!

Excellent quality laminate floor
Excellent quality laminate floor. Recommended by fitters as the best brand. Impressive Almond Oak looks fabulous in our rooms. Really like that water protection is integrated, including at the bevel. Great to have matching beading and incizo.
