Big scam company
You have to pay a one time fee off €0,10 and later they just take €50 of your bank account.
Never do anything with these people!! Without getting a subscription you are just told that you subscribed and need to pay €50

It's a legalized scam. They make you spend 0.5 cents and then charge you the subscription fee, which is 50 euros. Plus, customer service doesn't respond to any emails. SCANDALOUS!!!!!

Scammerssss!!!! They make it look like a 1 time transaction of 0,10, for 1 photo. But they trick and scam you into a subscription. It looked like the transaction failed and then there was something about PRO. I clicked that away. Seemed this was a transaction to subscripe for PRO! Nasty way of making money!!!!! Thieves!

One purchase of .10cents, day after almost 50euros! What a scam! Looks if you are buying it only one time, but in the small letters it says that you are buying a subscription. Bizarre that this possible.

BEWARE OF QVUXO.COM! This website is a complete trap.

I was charged €49.90 without my clear authorization through a hidden subscription model. They are fully aware of what they are doing—their whole system is designed to scam people, which is why their customer support is run by automated BOTS.

When you complain, the bot automatically offers you a 50% refund. This is a deliberate tactic! They know people will demand their money back, so they offer half to minimize their losses and trick you into giving up. DO NOT ACCEPT THE 50% OFFER!

If you demand a 100% refund, the bot just sends repetitive templates asking for endless "verification details" to drag out the time.

I refused to play their games. I blocked my card and reported this unauthorized transaction to my bank (Bank Pekao). The bank recognized it as an unauthorized charge and initiated a full Chargeback. My 100% refund was officially approved by the bank.

Do not negotiate with their bots or settle for 50%. Contact your bank immediately and request a Chargeback to get ALL your money back!

When you agree to the €0.10 payment, an additional €49.90 is charged. The company refuses to cooperate with refunds. Cancelling, however, appears to be easy.

They charged me EUR 49.9 without even getting subscribed. I paid only EUR 0.10 to transform a photo but they cancelled 0.10 transaction and turned into a subscription one day later.
Stay away from this site and do not use your apple pay.

Be cautious and avoid purchasing a single photo from the website, as they will automatically charge you a 49 euro subscription without your consent. If you find this charge, promptly contact your bank and dispute the transaction. Banks are experienced in dealing with such scammers and will help you in getting your money back. It's truly disgraceful. Also, I contacted the company, they initially refused a refund, then offered a partial refund which I declined. Eventually, they issued a full refund. So, if you encounter such a scam, insist on a full refund and if not successful, work with your bank to recover your funds.

I paid €0.10 for a single photo preview, which didn't even work properly. Without any transparent warning, clear consent, or authorization, they automatically signed me up for a monthly PRO subscription and illegally charged €49.90 from my card. Customer support refuses to refund the money. Stay away from this fraudulent website! I am solving this via a bank chargeback.
