Poor quality and customer service
If there was any chance to give 0 stars, I would give that.
I got a under quality racket against my order, they charged 20% deduction when I return it plus 45Kr shipping charge also.
They are not promoting return and selling under quality materials through offers.

The adidas essnova is round!!
The adidas essnova is described as a diamond racket however upon its u packaging we find out thats its a round racket with sand textured surface.
The problem is that I personally ordered it for its diamond shape

Good: Price, order process and fast delivery
Not good: quality of product. Usually a shuttle would last for an hour of our games but these shuttles doesn't withstand more than 2-3 games. Probably, these are slightly older stocks!
