I ordered riding pants online because apparently the shops locally don’t sell them, 2 days later got a message saying they were shipped, 1,5 weeks later still nothing and status still shipped. Contacted customer support they said that the package was delivered on Saturday (did not get any notification!) but that it was returned to sender because the name at the doorbell did not match me (no notification about that either). She said they would reship my order and that when I got notification from dhl I needed to give instructions. While we were talking I got the message my money was refunded so inasked are you sure the package is still coming and they have been ignoring me now for 3 days!!
