Game changer for a small business

I'm a small business and when shipping orders out of our house got too much we outsourced order fulfillment to ShipNetwork and it's been a game changer. They package all our items for us, use our special bubble mailers and have taken care of every need we have. Customer service is great and everything ships very fast.

We have been with ShipNetwork for about 7 years, it has been a great experience overall. We have a very challenging business model from receiving inventory to shipping, and ShipNetwork has always handled everything with ease.

We love Ship Network!

We have been with ShipNetwork for under a year now and it has been an amazing transition! The onboarding was smooth and straight forward. The Customer Service is great, so fast to respond and help us solve our challenges. Tools are user friendly, reporting is great, and order accuracy is excellent. We are so excited about this new partnership.

Feels like a family

We have been using the ShipNetwork team for about five years. Overall, our experience has been excellent. Although this is a large organization, the team at the SLC location (and our Vegas account manager) makes it feel like family. I genuinely get the sense that they care. The response is quick, problems are resolved on a timely basis, and communications are warm, yet professional. Like any partner, the process gets smoother and more efficient over time as they have learned about our business and products. We've been doing business with them since 2019.

Integral partner for our business

Ship Network has been an integral partner in our business growth and performance. We have worked with them through the transition from Rakuten to Ship Network, and while there were some minor teething problems through transition I can confidently say our inventory is received, orders fulfilled & dispatched in a timely manner. Reporting and overall functionality in their dashboard has increased year on year which is always helpful.
Ship Network are not perfect, though I'm yet to find a company that is. The credit I will give is that when we do have a grievance, or need a change to the SOP, they have been open and willing to work with us to find a solution. In that sense, we truly do have a business partnership versus the feeling of being "just another client".

An absolutely horror experience. Orders from Shopify are not sent, data such as prices cannot be amended and match the website prices. And much more

An absolutely horror experience with this company. I suggest everyone to stay away form this company.
We have so many issues and the customer service is just the horror.
A few examples:
- Shopify is connected to Rakuten through an app which only Rakuten has access to. Orders we get on Shopify are not been delivered to Rakuten and they don't care! Setting up tickets and approaching the service support, all is being ignored.
- We changed the prices in Shopify of our products. The Rakuten system doesn't allow us to amend the prices in their system. We are paying higher taxes and addressed this issue 4 months ago with no solution.
- Credit Card cannot be changed. Since more than 2 months we addressed this issue with complete ignorance.
