They are "FRAUDULENT SERVICE" provider.

I purchased software for approximately $50 in Feb 2026, but I received no communication regarding delivery, so I had no choice but to cancel the order.

I repeatedly requested a refund from Rankmarket via email and messaging apps, but they kept delaying it with responses such as “next week,” “in a few days,” or “tomorrow,” and I still have not received my $50 back.

This is an extremely fraudulent and malicious service provider.
I strongly advise against making any purchases.
If you do choose to proceed, do so only with the understanding that you may LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I bought a wordpress plugin pro license from Rankmarket and this was a very good experience:
The support helped me with info how to get it activated, he waited until I had set up the right environment and then activated it instantely, when I was ready.
He answered my emails super fast and super friendly.

Just for everybody to know:
I did all researches how to set up the right environment for the version of the plugin by myself and also would not expect this from them.
They fulfilled their part (selling me the plugin, giving it to me via download, telling me what they need for activation + in the end activating it) super fast and very good.

I didn't know before about this possibility of sharing licenses. And I appreciate a lot, that they explain very transparently on their website how their model works and what they can give and what not.

I'd always buy from them again.

What a complete waste of time and energy. I bought PipiAds, and it hasn’t worked from day one. After four days of contacting customer support, they claimed it was fixed, but nothing has changed. I’m really hoping to get a refund. I don’t recommend them at all.

Scammers, i bought heygen team plan, after getting me to install their infected software in order to access to tool, in the end it's heygen basic plan.
support is zero.

These guys are simply amazing, I've been with them since 2021 and I've never had any problems with refunds, you can trust what they say they don't refund, they're fake.

This is a very good service provider. Support is super solid. A small glitch is sorted out within a few emails. highly recommended.

Legit Service, a lot have doubt about it, but i guarantee, if you want to test them, try any affordable service and check how they serve it, and trust me you will like the price, experience and support.
They got a great support

The service is not perfect, many times they are out of stock despite saying a item is available. But even on those cases the support then always gave me the money back without issues. They are from Asia and the support is very specific with the time they are working. When they are in work time they do answer very fast trough messenger.
There are a lot of great deals on their website it is definitely worth a visit. And from several purchases I made from them,I guess its safe to purchase.

At first, I was very confused about rankmarket but when I started using it worked like a charm. Here you will get the full version of your tool at a very low price compared to the main vendor's site. Although they mention on their site that they will give access within 24-48 hrs., but I get access within 12hrs.

I found this service by accident... I had bad experience with shared software and group buys in the past, but this service so far looks legit, and it works like a charm. I want to say I am thrilled, but I am going to be a little conservative, not because there's a problem, but because I don't know how the software will behave in the future with all the issues Google is causing with crawling etc.

This site is a total scam. After buying a product they asked me half an hour later if I still want it. I said please refund my money if you can't deliver and then they got back to me asking, why I want a refund. Never seen something like this.

the site is a scam and the after-sales service does not respond or makes customers wait to calm down. Do not venture on the site. You'll be wasting your time and, above all, your money.

RankMarket is by far the worst service I’ve encountered, especially when it comes to TradingView subscriptions. After paying for a premium TradingView account, I experienced delays, broken promises, and absolutely no proper customer support. They even removed my premium access without any explanation, and despite multiple attempts to get them to fix it, their responses were slow, unprofessional, and dismissive. I was ready to commit to a full-year subscription, but this mess completely changed my mind. If you’re considering RankMarket for TradingView or any other service, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and a waste of time.

Update: After many days of delays and poor support, RankMarket eventually refunded my money instead of delivering the TradingView subscription I paid for. Now, they’re contacting me daily to remove my honest review—ironic, considering how slow they were to respond when I actually needed help. If they put this much effort into assisting customers from the start, they might have fewer complaints. I wouldn’t trust them again; if you want reliable service, look elsewhere!
