Rapid Warm Roofs 

Everything went wrong from time keeping, damage, leaks and communication. Still awaiting repairs but seems they are now not contactable. Could go into great length about experience with Rapid Warm Roofs and the manager Martin but spent enough time wasted on them. Just to advise not to use, that's if they are still existing

Rapid by name not by nature. Excuses are the main claim to fame. Delayed start to agreed start time, Queens Jubilee bank holidays (excuse) 4 weeks delay to starting.Fitting crew in van accident 3 day delay in turning up. Fitting time should be between 4 and 7 days, actual fitting time 3 weeks.Delayed due to extreme heat, another excuse. Then numerous phone calls to them to get somebody to turn up to finish the job. Just to add to review James sent me my ten year guarantee with the wrong post code printed on it. Asked him to change it, phoned to see what was happening and was told by his boss that James was not there to dance to my tune!!! Still awaiting this to be corrected.

Didn’t turn up. I took half a day off from work, so lost salary and they didn’t have the decency to turn up and provide a quote. Awful service. They also didn’t answer their phone. Shocking.

we had our roof replaced last October and were very happy with the work and the installers - in February 2022 we found we had a significant leak and reported this - initially an electrician was sent out who admitted leaks were not his forte , then a roofer was sent and despite his best efforts we still had a leak which was potentially liable to damage our new flooring and blinds, now no one will call us or return our calls - we are at a loss as to what to do next, thankfully we have had very little rain but wishing we had never had this roof fitted especially as it cannot be that difficult to find the fault and remedy the problem

I did a lot of research before I chose Rapid Warm Roofs. Many other suppliers raved about their replacement roofs but when it came to quotes they either had highly inflated prices even with discounts offered replacement panels. I found Rapid Warm Roofs offered exactly what I wanted and in a reasonable price range. No one time offer discounts just a set price and no jargon. I had my roof replaced in June and I have been really please so far. The team that arrived and fitted to roof very very professional, capable and did the job in one day. Everything was left clean and tidy. Since we have had the roof fitted we have found the conservatory has stayed cooler during the summer. We have had some cold nights but over October and we have found the conservatory has stayed the same temperature as the rest of the house which is exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Rapid Warm Roofs to anyone interested is getting to use their conservatory all year round. My only regret is not doing it years ago.

We obtained some quotes for different methods to replace our conservatory roof. Rapid Warm Roofs was by far the best option for us and also provided the best service. The bulk of the work was completed in 2 days and the last finishing touches on day 3. The quality of the materials and workmanship was superb. We had 5 quotes to have our conservatory roof insulated. This experience was quite fascinating in the variety of information we were given about the best ways to insulate and in the prices difference. We finally whittled the list down to Rapid Warm Roofs. We found the Sales person was excellent in his presentation of the product and in his explanation of the ways the Company worked. He gave us attractive lead times and installation time and realistic payment instalment arrangements. We were able to negotiate the price in a friendly and professional atmosphere. He conveyed confidence and knowledge in the product he was selling. He was prompt in communicating with us and in answering our questions. The Marketing Director was friendly helpful and professional and always available when we needed to talk to him. The Surveyor was excellent too, listening and adjusting his measurements to our liking and accommodating our wishes. The installation crew were pretty amazing in their work ethic. The bulk of the work was done over the 3 days predicted - the roof tiles, the insulation, the plasterboard ceiling fitted and skimmed and an increased number of dimmer lights suggested by the electrician fitted without extra expense to us. Altogether we are delighted with the results! We have a lovely extra room which does not get too hot in summer and too cold in winter and we could feel the difference straight away. We warmly recommend Rapid Warm Roofs.

We had a number of quotes, we decided to go with Rapid Warm Roofs as they were competively priced and were able to complete the job to our wanted specifications. We wanted a low maintainance pvc board ceiling instead of the traditional pastered finish. We also had 6 spotlights installed.
The whole job took 3 days. But the roof was waterproof within a few hours. We had a great team to complete the job. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy. We no longer have just a conservatory, we now have a proper useable room. Everyone who sees it comments how nice it is. We have had some very hot days since our installation and its definitely a lot cooler in there. Can't wait to use the room to it's full potential year round.

I had been searching for a replacement roof for my conservatory for so long, with so many salesmen not really understanding what I wanted. In desperation I took the the internet, thank goodness I did, along came Jim, who knew exactly what I wanted and most importantly said that was exactly what his company did. So from Jim at the beginning showing me what my new roof was going to look like, to James talking me through things on the phone, the two boys who worked so hard and got the old roof off and the new roof on in 2 days, through to to Martin and Chris sorting my electrics, the finishing touches outside and plastering, I could not have chosen a better company to do this job, the little extras that I asked for were not a problem. This is a very customer orientated company and I even got some good advice on the flooring I wanted laid. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and to say that everyone who works for Rapid Warm Roofs has its customers at the forefront of their business
