Good prices, very reasonable delivery costs.

Ordered cd from Rarewaves 16 June 2026, it was dispatched 17 June 2026 but their customer service incorrectly claimed 18 June. Still have not received it!.Their customer service want me to wait until 28 June 2026 and another 3 days on top of this before contacting them again if not received before, this would make it an unbelievable 15 days since order made. Their customer service seems to consist of trotting out royal mail second class delivery standards
Their prices are competitive but their delivery times are ludicrously long, and will not use again. If we buy games and others can deliver an item in 3 - 4 days why can't they, the UK is a small country and there is no excuse for such long delivery times.

First they sent me The Dollars Trilogy 4K UHD Limited Edition wrapped in what looked like a garbage bag so of course it arrived cracked and broken.

Today I got the replacement and it was wrapped in the thinnest paper with flat bubblewrap inside (I guess they iron out the bubbles before they use it?) so now I got another cracked "collect's edition".

This have been a problem for the last year now with Rarewaves, over 50% of what I have ordered had to be replaced or reimbursed.

I like Rarewaves and I actually like their customers service, but whoever is in charged over their packaging should be put into one of their own packages and sent to space.

My original order arrived damaged but customer support was excellent and resolved the issue quickly and easily. I will definitely use Rarewaves more/again in the future.

A superb service , a little slow on postage but makes up for it in a cheaper sale .

I have had delivery problems before and to avoid any drawn out issues, the moment I receive an order which is not complete I email Rarewaves to notify them of the missing items. In those instances I have received excellent customer service with an immediate response. That’s what I want and that is what is provided. 5 Stars !

Nice store, good prices and good customer service. My order included all 3 parts of The Kill la Kill blu rays which are hard to find anywhere else, but it did take 21 days to reach Belgium from the UK. Would recommend and shop again.
