Raven Housing Association …

Raven repairs came and replace my bath also had the bath placed and turned the other way for safety . The workmanship and manners were exemplary.
Outstanding! Veey pleased with Raven for all the upgrade from new roof to windows and boiler . Very happy and really have felt the benefit of all the works done ✔️

Raven unfit for purpose.

Raven ignore most complaints and consistently breach the Ombudsman complaint handling code. Still awaiting a call back from Melissa regarding a serious complaint I've made. They pass the buck and run a CAN'T do culture. My complaint will be escalated to Surrey Police on Monday morning as I am sick of being lied to and pushed from pillar to post

Not trust worthy

Not trust worthy and they play fools when something doesn't suit them, happy to take money for people but not when the responsibility is on them, pass you around in the hope you give up so they dont have to deal with issues, very very poor company and not trust worthy.

Thank you Sam (raven electrician)

2 people from raven attended my flat for 2 separate electrical repairs. The first being a light fitting and plug fitting and the 2nd being one he had raised before leaving (that the light and fan in my kitchen needed replacing as both now not available and so would be unable to change the light bulb now it had gone) I know one was called Sam and he was very friendly and helpful and I'm not sure if the person he was with was a trainee but I think it was a different trainee each time and not sure if it was the same person. Thank you so much for your excellent work and friendly helpful nature

I called up the raven out off hours…

I called up the raven out off hours emergency service team I called them up 4 times regarding a house leak from bathroom but they refused me 4 times myself and my family who got disabilities i had to called up the west Sussex fire and rescue service on 999 they have kindly came out and investigated it and they said it could off started a fire as water got into the light bulb and they called raven up on our behalf. RAVEN HOUSING TRUST YOU SHOULD BE A SHAME OFF YOUR SERVICES I would be a shame off myself if I was working for you guys I would definitely give them 0! STARS!

17 years waiting for a front door but…

17 years waiting for a front door but as the old one closes it’s still not replaced
Forget that there are holes in it , forget that the letterbox dosnt fit, forget that water leeks through it so the interior wall and skirting board is rotten and covered in black mold and ignore that every workman including the guy who did the survey about what needs doing all say you need a new front door the minute they arrive
Cheers raven another not done job not done well

Poor experience -Raven Housing

My experience with Raven Housing has been deeply disappointing. I have encountered repeated issues that have gone unresolved and unacknowledged.

There have been serious concerns regarding the behaviour of contractors and operatives, with no follow-up or accountability. Basic maintenance standards are not upheld. The front door has remained broken for an unacceptable length of time. Communal areas are neglected. Fire safety rules are not being followed. The grass is rarely cut, and excuses are made about birds nesting, lies are being said about not being responsible for the land surrounding the building. Lack of regular maintenance has contributed to the repeated return of vermin around the property.

Anti-social behaviour from fellow tenants is ignored and not addressed, despite concerns being raised. Unfortunately, raising these issues has not led to any meaningful action. Instead of support, there is often misleading information, silence or deflection.

The overall culture feels dismissive of tenant wellbeing. There is a serious failure to uphold the standards expected of a housing trust.
It is disheartening to feel unsafe and unheard in your own home. Raven needs to urgently reassess how it handles complaints, engages with tenants, and maintains the homes and communities in its care.

That is my experience. I understand others may have had different ones.

Had a visit today with Sam Clayton and Ottman Lachel to fit a new shower in my bathroom, so very pleased, two lovely guys, very polite,tidy, arrived on time, left my bathroom spotlessly clean, would highly recommend these guys

Jack and Bradley to the rescue!!

Jack and Bradley came to my home today and fixed my bathroom leak. I was so happy and impressed with the knowledge and fact finding. They were polite and so nice to my dog. Great service and I could still work from home and have my meeting. Thank you guys
