Fraud

We were a group of friends in Hemsedal, and in need of charging our R. Zoe. First I connected to the flexi (22kw), where we charged for 1 hour and 45mins. We got 5kw; which gave us 19km (this Fortum has refunded us for, to be honest). Sadly, we then had to do/try the 50kw charger as well. We charged for almost an hour, and got...almost 11kw. However, that`s not the best part. This charging cost me 180kr; as we pay per minute. I did try to find a solution with their customer service, without any form of luck. I wish there was a possibility to attach photos of the dialogue between us, as that is in no way either intelligent or impressive.... This is a sad and disappointing company.

Refusal to refund when charger fails

Attempted charging at an Esso gas station by Vestkanten in Bergen, after 3 minutes the charging station still showed 0 KW and no minutes were added to my electric car. Still they charged me 12 kr, even after discussing it with their customer service.
They claim the charging is slow in the beginning, but I have never experiences this before, within seconds, the meters showing effects start climbing, so that argument was untrue. They claim 0.253KW was output...for 12kr, which roughly would give 50kr for one single kw, which in itself is outrageous.
I will not use "recharge" chargers again. Their websites are rechargeinfra.com and for payment, pay.chargedrive.com. If a machine fails, their customer support will not refund you. Seems like a short term strategy of "any charge will beat any longterm customer relationship".
