I have an email which was closed and asked to have the email switched to the backup on file. It has been 4 months of trying to do this with still no resolution. Was told if I can't access the old email all of my data (10+ years of it!) is lost and I need to start over. I was offered no credit or other option. I messaged to please export the data (since I still can't access the account) and email to the backup email on file but again no reply to the ask (even to say no). No phone number to call and emails avaerage multiple days in between to be returned. Horrible experience since Recruitee was sold to Tellent! Sad as it was great prior to this.

This platform used to be great when it was Kiwi HR, but Tellent have made it bordeline unusable. They lost a load of our data, languages are inconsistent with no way to switch between them, and the whole platform is now clunky and very tedious to use.

Userfriendly and multiple options to store en source new targets.

For me as a manager; Finally, a software package that works intuitively for what matters when managing the recruitment process of larger groups of candidates in a clear and organized way.

Apparently if you are a consultancy company of 2 people you need to go for the highest pricing plan. Even if I explained multiple times that I don’t need all those features only the basic one. So I don’t recommend working with them.

They allow scammers to recruit through the platform.

Fake Recruiting Company! Stay away from them

A couple of weeks ago I started receiving emails sent through several subdomains claiming to be from a big company. However the email addresses were suspicious because they did not belong to that company.

Maybe someone at recruitee should look into that.

Could not submit resume due to defective hCaptcha. As I tried from multiple browsers and found myself decreasing my security settings more and more, I began to suspect a scam and decided not to apply to the company after all. Any company using a recruiting platform like this is obviously incompetent and not going to be a great place to work. That's several hours I won't get back. Next time I see a company using this platform will be a hard pass.

The worst ATS system I have used. The other reviews must be paid because I have never had so many syncing issues with an system in my life and its impossible to get a human to speak to you. I have emailed and reported tickets constantly and no one gets back to me. The event scheduler doesnt sync properly. They job I post to LinkedIn are always messed up and posting the wrong jobs. The system kicks employees out constantly without a notification as to why.

They give you a free trial, then the rest is automated with Bots, good luck trying to set up an account. Go to team tailor instead, much better and actual people answering the phone on the other side. Stay Away

Exceptional product, but they try to keep you hostage with dark patterns that are not worthy of a Business SaaS.

Dark patterns:
- There is no way to pause a subscription. If you cancel, they have vague information about what happens to your account data and processes you took time to develop. In short, you should expect that everything will be deleted and you'll start from scratch if you think about hiring six months from now.
- Takes time to get an answer from the support. When you finally get an answer about what exactly happens when you cancel, then a new billing cycle has started and they will not issue a refund, although they can see you haven't used the product in the meantime.

It's a SaaS with 0 marginal cost, issuing a refund is standard practice in the industry...

I love Recruitee! such an amazing ATS. In my whole career I haven't used such a complete software. Recruitee is always improving and are always open to listen to their customers. Completely happy with the customer service team. I would def. recommend this ATS!

Very intuitive platform. Great for collaboration and confidentiality. Great tools to set up assessment and reduce bias.
I'd recommend it to everyone.

Best in class software and support team. Flexible, scalable and really made for recruiters. Simple, the best, and most cost-efficient solution for hiring. I have tried a lot of systems. Support is always available immediately. The system is constantly evolving. The settings are super flexible. You simply notice that the development takes place along the Recruiter, and not simply functions are developed that are not usable. The pricing model with monthly cancellation is a dream. A position is advertised and when the job is filled, Recruitee can be switched off. I can in no way understand the bad ratings, at least for the German market and support here.
