Since my review of below, Redsquid made efforts to reach out and have now resolved the situation - so they deserve the credit for sorting it all out (in the end).

Redsquid were ok when we started using them in 2012.
We've since moved and when we told them we're moving they have stopped responding or calling back when we need to resolve one or two things on moving. Disappointing that they don't have the professionalism to terminate correctly.

We use Redsquid primally for our mobile phone and carrier service. I can only praise their excellent team and customer service. In additional the tools they have to help us manage spend are helpful too.
Like is they are also a B Corp which we value there dedication towards a triple bottom line of people, planet, and profit.

We are a small IT company who have not had the resources to perform our own networking. We outsourced this to Triumph who performed an excellent job for us. When we needed to move office but still keep a connection to the VPN we had at the old location, Redsquid (who had acquired Triumph a couple of years earlier) sorted this out for us. All the engineers with whom we have dealt have been knowledgeable, skilful, reliable and, above all, friendly. I would recommend Redsquid to anyone.

I work for a relatively small business around 25 employees and Red Squid have never let us down. Despite us being what I assume is a small account in the grand scheme they have always treated us like we are one of their best. Whether it be responding to small IT matters are complex ones they always react with the same speed and efficiency you would come to expect from a company of their stature.

Very smooth and simple transition moving over to Redsquid. Account manager Frank always on hand to resolve any issues. Exceptional customer service skills and always willing to help and goes above and beyond to help customers. Highly recommend.
