A very smooth and well prepared experience.

If I could I would have given this company a -1000000 starts in review. They are making stuff up lik "you called us 11 months ago" when I actually did not! For a car loan Simon said on the phone!? A car loan, I have never wanted to buy a car, ever! So I told him do not make stuff up anf try to trick people like that. I have never said I wanted to buy a car or that I have a loan on a car. So he ended up argumenting and being rude in his voice with me for a long time that it is written here, then I said ok, if it is not you lying then your manus or script needs to be corrected! Because you are sitting here and lying! Sorry for my writing now but I have never talked to anyone ruder then him! Why am I even in their system and according to GDPR - you are not allowed to have my information without my consent.

I am currently calling the contact center and talked to a girl named Moa, allegedly her name. She said they will be calling me back. I did tell her to remove me from their system as well.

This company is a fraud, and I feel so bad for others who tricks into beliving them!

Annoying sellers. Ask a lot about Loan, they have already our data which they said it's personal information. But they're processing the data without my consent which break GDPR rule.
I asked the seller name, and "Monica" doesn't even feel comfortable saying her full name. How come they expect us to feel comfortable, when they know more than our full name and when they process our data without our consent? They know more than my full name and they don't care if we are not comfortable with that.
Please respect and treat people the way you want to be treated.

They have been frequently calling my phone the last couple of days. I have said NO to these sellers before, but they keep on making calls.

So I'll say it again: NEVER CALL ME AGAIN!

The person who called me from Reducero did not have a lot of knowledge on loan/lend topic, felt like he is reading from a piece of paper. They offered me higher interest rate than I already have, so all the process of speaking to the advisor was pointless, just waisted my time and the company feels like one big joke 😅
