Sauna was ordered on-line, then shipped to a national transportation company warehouse located in Missoula, MT. The sauna then sat at the warehouse in Missoula for a month. Twice I was asked if I could drive down to Missoula to pick up the Sauna. That is 3 1/2 hour drive one way, logistics of getting a trailer, loading and unloading the 1200lb crate. Unacceptable. Total refund was received approximately two weeks later as was the companies policy.

We have had nothing but delays and poor customer service from the team.

Everyone we talked to was super helpful in helping us understand about buying the sauna and putting it together. Brad, though, went above and beyond with following up on all our questions and giving us whatever support we needed to finish putting together the sauna. We love our new sauna!

Jared and his team were very good about honoring the warranty on our chiller even though they are in process of being discontinued. It was really appreciated.

This is a user friendly company. If there were any questions during the assembly and activation of the system they answered right away.

I needed a door hinge after having our barrel sauna for 3 years. Support team immediately addressed our concern and is sending a replacement hinge free of charge!

Going on two years now, and we absolutely love our Thermowood Barrel Sauna – 6 Person! We recently needed to replace some worn and broken hinges, and customer service was quick, easy, and helpful in coordinating the replacement parts covered under warranty. Customer service was amazing and I love my sauna!

The sauna turned out great! We are very happy with our sauna and the build was very easy for us to do. It is a great fit for us and exactly what we expected. The instructions and sauna kit were easy. There were a few screws in the heater kit that were missing and those instructions weren't as good, but we still got them assembled without much effort. We have been enjoying our sauna for about a week.

I can not say enough about the outstanding service and products i received from Redwood Outdoors. My wife and I are first-time owners of a sauna. We did our research. Remodeled and craved out space in the backyard. Looked at many companies but Redwood came up consistently as top tier. Fast forward, the build and installation was simple for our landscaping company. We had all the instructions and videos emailed. Our product came on time but my landscapers were not ready to build it for another 2months during our backyard remodel. When it came time for the build, we realized the heating component was never delivered. Spoke to Joe and explained the situation and within 1-2days the heating components were on their way! No hassle. Very professional and understanding! But it didn’t stop there. Once I waxed the inside and stained the outside, I re-connected with Joe about using the sauna. He was there every step of the way!! Just can’t say enough about that guy! Outstanding service!!! Fantastic products!!! I’m using my sauna every other day. Love it!!!! Thank you REDWOOD!! You all have something special going. PROTECT IT!!! Have my eyes on other products you all!

Unit is high quality. Should have included a thermometer. The problem is your technical documentation and instructions are badly organized and hard to follow. Luckily I had top professionals to perform the install.

Loving the sauna! It was easy enough to put together. I'm not DIY inclined, but was able to manage. Couple things I would critique: greater descriptions when building on a concrete pad, anchoring the building, etc. Thank goodness for the extra pieces, I had to replace the trim that goes over the two windows (I have the garden shed). It was cut too deep and there was a gap at the top of the window. Used a circular saw to create a new piece.
