Excellent Service and Support Throughout
We made the move from West Sussex to Carrickfergus and used Reeds Rain (Carrickfergus Branch). Tbf from start to finish they were excellent especially Lisa Crawford who helped manage everything the Northern Ireland side. Liaising with us at every step, keeping in touch with the builders her end along with managing every aspect of the purchase. Living in England and buying in Northern Ireland was tricky but Lisa allowed for a smooth process, chasing when required and keeping us up to date with every development. As a buyer and customer, couldn’t have asked for any more in truth. A year later we are over the moon with our new house and owe Lisa and her team and massive thankyou. Would recommend using Reeds Rains in Carrickfergus if you are buying or selling in the area.

Untrustworthy staff and poor…
Untrustworthy staff and poor procedures. Disputing my deposit and trying to take deductions for things I’m not liable or responsible for. Trying to force me to purchase parking permits for the next tenant which is illegal. Absolutely outrageous as estate agents should have good knowledge of liability and whose responsibility things lie with. Never use again and I’ll tell everyone of the untrustworthy lying culture that lives in reeds rains and their staff. So much corruption or no one has a clue how to do their job properly and lawfully.
