mattress
I found the mattress I had picked too hard after sleeping on it for a few days.
The staff where very patient and understanding!! They assessed the mattress and then allowed it to be returned. I was then able to return, and look for another , which took a few visits.
The staff who did the deliveries were also helpful.

Overall fantastic
Paul in the show room was fantastic and very helpful without being pushy or trying to get us to change our minds.
Delivery was swift and on time and the delivery guys were lovely and polite.

Using a new mattress
Paul was very helpful in assisting with the sale and organizing delivery to suit us. The delivery team took no time in taking out the old mattress and installing the new one. A trouble free experience.

A very comfy mattress
The salesman was great, very knowledgeable. The delivery men were also great. The new mattress is very comfy. The only problem was having to wait so long for delivery as I had wait until I was on holiday, due to deliveries only being in the morning.

The help in the shop was great
The help in the shop was much appreciated and very helpful in choosing my new bed
However my daughter took delivery as I was at work and this was rushed …
They barely took it up to the bedroom and unpacked it ( unpacking was at a prompt from my daughter) they said they were in a rush!
Shame this detracts from the whole experience
