Very Satisfactory Interaction

My engagement was to cancel my hosting service and retire my domain name, after a project was cancelled. I expected a cycle through multiple options, delay, attempts to change my mind, discuss possibility of alternative products - none of which would have interested me.
Instead, the agent listened to my reason for cancelling, and immediately performed the required actions, no hassle, no sales pitch and, most importantly, no endless transfers to the "person" who could actually do what I wanted.
If only every service call I make could be as painless!!

Issues transferring a domain name

Issues transferring a domain name. I was having problems transferring a domain name from my old Clikpic page to my new Squarespace page, so decided to phone Register365. The call was answered very quickly by Kyle who explained the problem and how he would attempt to resolve it. He was both friendly and informative.

Great support!

Called support and got though within 2 minutes. Very helpful guy who got my email server up and running again. Nice to deal with someone who has patience too! As a bonus, he also fixed a problem with my website which I was expecting to have fixed on the same call.

The worst tech support I hv ever…

The worst tech support I hv ever received no one picks up. Tech support at times needs instant fixing because we run businesses and we can't hold on for tickets which are replied to in 3 days. That's why we use American companies which have great support regardless of their distance from us.. Unlike local biz like register365.com. They shd improve👎 👎

Good and bad experience

Hi, I recently bought a domain name and associated email addresses. This element of my interaction with you was seamless and so easy. I subsequently got very frustrated and wasted a lot of time in trying to activate one of the email addresses on my windows-based laptop and iPhone. Perhaps you already provide this service, but I would gladly pay for this to have been set up for me (with simple instructions for me to follow so that I can change the password). If I had this service my rating would certainly have been a 5. Cheers

Feeling trapped in a bad service

Feeling trapped in a bad service. I made a mistake of purchasing SMTP for email which I realised an hour later I didn't need. After raising a ticket and a phone call there was NO option to be reimbused the €74.28 because I'm a 'COMPANY'. I'm a start-up sole trader, looking to make it on my own. Not very supportive Register365 and no accounting for loyalty as I've had personal purchase with you over the years.
