No problem with my first couple of deliveries but then my tracking was telling me my package had been delivered on Sunday bearing in mind my delivery choice was postbox or covered porch if I wasn’t home .The delivery photo showed a green bin with my parcel in underneath the picture the phrase left in your safe place (covered porch)! The joke is it wasn’t even my green bin or even in my street it was the street before mine . Luckily after a post on Nextdoor a neighbour recognised the bin and was kind enough to bring round my parcel. Meanwhile after emailing customer support the only reply I’ve had since Sunday is to say they’ve received my email absolutely appalling service.

Wish I could give it a 0. Worst service ever. I gave delivery instructions to leave with a neighbour and instead they left my parcel outside on the street for it to get stolen. Worse service than Evri - completely disappointing

Shein UK have started using Relay to deliver their parcels...Big mistake Shein! Have been waiting over two weeks since Relay notified me they had received my parcel. This is not the first time Relay have taken a ridiculous amount of time to deliver a parcel for me, it will certainly be the last. I will not order any product online that uses this company from this day forward.

Don’t understand how this company is still going tbh, not too long ago I was waiting for a parcel I even chose a safe and made the instructions very clear. I gave them multiple options were they could if left my parcel in the description part. I was sat at my window all the the delivery time frame no one showed up, they said I wasn’t home and had to rescheduled the delivery cause they couldn’t be bothered to even try deliver. Every time my delivery’s are with relay the scheduled delivery time is always getting changed but later for example it says it’s getting delivered at 10am then will change to 11am then 12am and it will keep getting later. It’s not hard to stick to a time frame no other company I have had others with has messed up with time frames. It’s a joke I’m sat in all day waiting to go out when they keep changing the delivery times it’s stupid and really annoying!

Shocking courier company. Removed from my list of couriers on Vinted. Used four times - they have already lost one parcel and three others are in limbo ‘somewhere’. DO NOT USE!
Rubbish Relay
I am disappointed with Relay. Bought a sports trainers for PE for my son which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Firstly, the status was not updating and then now they're telling me if it doesn't arrive by June 17 they'll mark it as lost. How incompetent is this delivery company? If they can't cope, they need to shut shop. That'd be better than continuing to disappoint people. I need to know where my parcel is or mark it as lost! You're a waste of time! New courier on Vinted - disappointing.
Slower delivery compared to other couriers. Tracking information is limited so you don’t really know when your parcel will arrive. I will be switching this off as an option on my account as a seller and will probably avoid buying if this is the option for delivery

Awful …..live in a flat - left instructions to press buzzer for flat - buzzer did not ring once they just failed my delivery - prev delivery did not even attempt my delivery just left with a neighbour disgusting service

I'm surprised with these reviews! I ordered several times stuff from Vinted and haven't had any issues. Informative tracking and they always try to deliver to my doorstep as opposed to lounge.
NEGLECTED instructions to put in parcel safe at front.
I searched my parcel safe box , no parcel I checked my camera ,no one came to house to deliver parcel, I went 8nto email and found delivery agent never came 8nt9 my close to deliver he left it 9n a public pavement 8n the next road outside a garage where general public use daily to go to shops and school , no sight of parcel when I went into the other road to find it ,am disgusted as there is a massive sign on fencing showing where the front door is around another road and in close , 8nstwad of here, delivery agent did not bother to put safety of parcel first please speak to them about this , it's no good taking a pic outside on the public pathway if a person nearby can steal it and I have a massive parcel safe box in front of house .

Awful website. Did not receive my package and I had sent two customer support requests 6 days apart and they didn’t even bother getting back to me. I had requested to have urgent delivery multiple times as I had the option to do so (I don’t mind they missed that) but they didn’t even bother delivering it knowing I desperately needed my package. Stay away from this company, they lose or steal packages, but in any case they don't deliver. Scammers.
AVOID
Had to send a parcel via Relay, buyer picked this method of delivery on Vinted. Shop owner told me when I dropped the parcel off that he had over 150 parcels waiting to be collected last week, no-one from Relay had done a collection for over a week! I’m just hoping my delivery arrives! Avoid this delivery service at all costs!
Worst company
Would give 0 if I could. Worst company. They never reply to your emails. I was home all day waiting for my parcel, yet no proper knock, no contact, and no attempt to leave it with a neighbour.
The first “failed” delivery attempt was on Saturday 16th May. I was then told delivery would be on Monday 18th May, but no delivery was even attempted that day despite me waiting in all day. Yesterday again, no delivery attempted and I waited all day. They finally decided to deliver today, even though they said Monday, and there was no knock at the door.
Extremely frustrating and unreliable service.

New shipping provider on Vinted. Have failed to deliver 2 of my parcels - say they are returning them and they never arrive. I am significantly out of pocket as my buyer was refunded and no response from customer service
Useless Couriers
I have sent two jewellery boxes using Relay through Vinted and both have arrived broken. I have not received any compensation for the first jewellery box and am trying to get compensation through Vinted for the second. As the buyer chooses the courier I had no choice. I would not use this service myself!
Terrible service
Terrible service. I am waiting for an item and also one I sent hasn't been delivered. The shop said a Relay collection or delivery hasn't taken place for 2 weeks !
