Shocking company

Can’t believe I’m about to write this but this company is worse than Evri!! Never use this company, you will be disappointed!

Would not give one star

waiting over 2 weeks (almost 3 weeks) for a delivery. Raised an issue on their website, automatic response says 72 hours, no response, e-mailed for an update, no response, chased up again on their website.

At last a delivery company that makes…

At last a delivery company that makes Evri look world class.
Drivers don't even knock at the door. We've stumbled across a parcel rammed into the hedge, in a plant pot and on the ground in the middle of the driveway, I'm guessing that one was probably launched there from the gates.
I'd suggest avoiding this company if at all possible.

Delivered to some random place.

Relay supposedly delivered my parcel to my safe place inside my porch. I do not have a safe place neither do I have a porch. The photograph shows it on the ground that looks like waste ground with a photo of some random numbers on a fence. Useless.

Dumped on the Doorstep

Dumped on the Doorstep. In the middle of an estate. In the middle of London. Didn't even ring the doorbell to see if I was home (I wasn't, I have a ring doorbell and was at work so would have been notified) Needless to say No Parcel. Why not leave it with a neighbour? Shows that he didn't even try to see if I was home. Too bone idle to check.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience with Relay. My Vinted parcel was updated to "Received by Relay" 5 days ago, and since then, nothing has happened. It is completely stuck at their warehouse.
They completely failed their delivery timeframes. This item is urgently needed at Whitton Road 96, but customer service provides no clear updates. If you want your parcels delivered on time, avoid this company at all costs.

Should be renamed DELAY!!

Should be renamed DELAY!!! not relay, absolute joke of a company,my item was dispatched 5 days ago,got to the local RELAY shop, the following day did NOT move for 2 days, (when this happens it seems to go missing) so chased it, only to have the courier pick it up after my chasing email. was told he could deliver till 10pm at night, not to worry but contact again if still not arrived, now COURIER actually has it for last 2 days , customer contact just repeating previous emails, complate waste of time, it would have been lot quicker for me to pick up from thew Relay shop.
IF YOUR WAITING ON DELIVERY DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING SOON WITH THIS COMPANY, ITS ABSOLUTE JOKE AND NO ONE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR DIABOLICAL SO SERVICE
STAY AWAY!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had a message this morning to say my parcel was arriving today. Stayed in all day in order to receive it as I've already been waiting ages for it to arrive. Left instructions to ring flat number on intercom and not one attempt was made to do so. The delivery driver rang my phone for 2 seconds and hung up instantly, I'm guessing this was to show they had attempted contact for delivery without genuinely doing so. When I rang the delivery driver back she told me she could not find my property. A delivery driver unable to find a property in 2026 with sat nav and GPS, you couldn't write it. She then proceeded to say she had tried the intercom several times after saying she couldn't find the address. Either a magician or a bare faced liar. Will never be ordering from anywhere that uses Relay as a delivery service again, wish I had read these reviews sooner as it seems this is far from a one off bad experience! AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS

Poor service..RELAY dont know what click & collect means

I was notified that relay will deliver my parcel. My delivery address was INPOST LOCKERS. But they notified me saying no one is at home to receive the parcel when they tried delivering it. I’m saying when you go at the address can you not see there are lockers there. Now after attempting to deliver for 2-3 times they have sent my parcel back to the sender. Because I don’t think RELAY understand what clocks and collect service at inpost lockers is. Meanwhile I need all those products this week and I now I have to suffer because of their poor customer service. I had even requested change of address but they didn’t offer it to me. So I don’t understand why you accept a job you cannot finish. I have to suffer now. I was constantly communicating with their support team. But they keep giving me the same reason incorrect address no one at home. Can you not listen to me shouting out loud . It’s click and collect lockers. Hope you understand now!!!!

Ordered items threw Shein we used have Evri deliver the orders but for some unknown reason they have started to use this cowboy company ,you can not even put in a complaint to them there is no way of contacting them apart fron email we have been waiting for updates from them and got absolutely nothing 10 days past the delivery date

No Accountability When The Customer Comes Last

I've used Relay twice through Vinted. I'm writing this review to warn any other shoppers (Buyers or Sellers) of their incredibly poor service, and faceless customer service when issues do arise.

I sold a valuable item through Vinted, which then got lost in transit. When reaching out to Relay customer service, they advised a reply between 3 - 5 days. None came. I chased again and was given an AI-generic response. Raising again, they confirmed they've lost it in transit. No resolution.
I am now waiting for Vinted to officially confirm the item is lost to be reimbursed. It's not the fact I'll get reimbursed, it's that customers are not valued at all here in this company.

Yes, they're cheap, but you get what you pay for, which is nothing. Please, proceed with caution using their service.

Tried previously but thought I would give them a go again

After a not so great time using them back in January 2026 I decided to give them another go (now May 2026). The communication with customer service is abysmal and I work in retail so I know how bad it can get. I ordered my item on vinted and chose this company as the delivery price was lower than others and I thought maybe the first time was a fluke and this time it will be better (as there were more good reviews than bad a couple months ago) however this is clearly not the case, I have had no updates on my parcel for the last 4 days and have had no response from customer service either, the annoyance is that there is no way I can call anyone so I can sort it out quickly. The co-founders of the brand state that in their company everything is dealt with within a week, what a lie!!

I would give this service a minus review if I could. I'm expecting a parcel from relay which was collected on May 10th expected delivery May 14th at the latest. Now expected delivery is June!!!!!!! Exceptionally poor poor service

Thank you driver

This is the third time they’ve delivered my parcel, and I’ve never had any problems. I think the drivers in my area who work for Relay are good and punctual(only the ones that where on time and rang the doorbell,I’m not sure about the other’s) So thank you to the driver who came and knocked on my door.Because some drivers just leave your parcel without you even knowing, and it ends up going missing, or they say you weren’t home when you’ve actually been there all day waiting for it.
