I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I’m really disappointed with Reliable Medicare. I ordered an item over two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service twice, and I haven’t received any updates or a tracking number. I’m starting to lose trust, and honestly, I just want a refund at this point

Item received on 26/03 same day I've sent them email shows expired 04/26 not 30/04/26 plus their discounted item be within 3 months of expirey not in a week you can check contact emails plus in your reply now still you claim expired in 6 weeks.

The product was sold at a significantly reduced price to reflect this shorter expiry period. I bought some injections I paid for delivery 15 pounds. They send the items but I got an email from the delivery company that I have to pay more than the price of injections and delivery customs to my destination. The company refuses to help while I paid for everything and it was clear why they have to deliver. They are cheating the people has to be careful.
What you have written in comments is not true, and no where I can find that there will be an extra charge. It is only unfair and not faithful.

To help reduce costs for our international customers, we do not charge VAT on products shipped outside the UK. This is intended to help offset any import fees that may be applied upon arrival.

I didn't have a good experience with…
I didn't have a good experience with the company, because they sold me a Cosmelan 2 cream, and when I went to collect it, the cream was open, so dry that it was cracked, and dark in color because it didn't have the lid. It was out of the box, and when I refused the product, they offered me another supposedly original one, but I would have to pay 22 pounds more. I refused and asked for a refund.

The item you originally received was part of a special promotional offer. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not open or inspect sealed cosmetic products before dispatch. However, because of the nature of these products and their ingredients, changes in texture or appearance can occasionally occur.
Whenever this happens, we are always happy to offer an exchange. In this case, we offered a replacement product that was not part of the promotional sale, which is why there was an additional cost of £22.
