Rendair AI has personalized training

Rendair is an exceptionally useful platform that already feels ahead of where the market is heading, and it continues to improve at a very fast pace. What really sets it apart is the personalized training, which adds enormous value and makes the whole experience far more effective.

My first attempts using the platform on my own were honestly quite challenging, but with consistency things gradually started to click. The personalized guidance significantly accelerated my progress and helped me understand the platform much more efficiently.

I’m excited to continue improving alongside Rendair and to see how the platform evolves over time.

Book the training

I started using Rendair a few weeks ago. My results were average until I booked a demo and training sessions with the support team. Their tips and tricks to get the most out of the AI made a huge difference and I started seeing improvements in my results immediately. Worth taking the time and compared with traditional rendering services, way cheaper.

I’m giving Rendair a 5 star review not…

I’m giving Rendair a 5 star review not because I am quite happy yet and truthfully still struggling, but because I expressed my frustration and not only heard back, I also had a very helpful demo with Peter. As I continue learning how to use the platform, having access to some real support - was refreshing in today's world.

Peter, thank you for your time and guidance. Hopefully.... I will become a success story - I will send another review - either way.

Peter, if possible, could you create a video with some of the helpful tips you emailed me so more people understand how to communicate with the platform more effectively?

Ultimately if they hadn't proceeded to…

Ultimately if they hadn't proceeded to take money after a subscription was cancelled I wouldn't be writing this but that was the final nail in the coffin. I also have customer service emails saying this wouldn't happen, but it did!
The product itself is poor, you are forced to use credits when the software produces poor results, which it often. Detailed prompts produce, wasted credits and sometimes mad results, leading to loops of frustration and wasted time. The product is clearly in its infancy and in my view not ready as a chargeable product.
Be aware when pausing subscriptions, monthly charges are also applied! So you loose features but still pay. You can't trust the customer service promises on card charges, you will end up cancelling your card with your bank to escape their payment requests. Their customers service agents claim they can't stop these and the account is self service only. However cancelling doesn't stop the payments. Don't fall for this.

Rendair support is optimal

I found my session with Daniela Lano from Rendair extremely helpful. She offered great advice and helped me understand how to effectively prompt and make the best use of different models to achieve optimal results.

As an initial introduction, the session was excellent. However, I feel that I would benefit from a couple more sessions to fully get up to speed, as the sessions are quite short and time passes quickly.

That said, it’s reassuring to know that support is readily available whenever I need further assistance. So far, I’m really enjoying Rendair—it delivers exactly what it promises.

It's just ok.

It’s… fine. Honestly just “okay.”
Rendair feels quite laggy and doesn’t really improve much over tools like others on the market.

The biggest issue is consistency — it makes a lot of small but frustrating mistakes, so you end up re-rendering again and again.

What’s worse is that when you fix one issue, it often removes parts that were already good. Then you’re stuck prompting it to add those back… and the cycle repeats. - credits disappear fast because of this loop.

Even with solid prompt-writing experience, it struggles more than it should. It’s not unusable, but it’s inefficient and a bit frustrating to rely on.

Overall: not terrible, but definitely needs more improvement.

The support I have received in…

The support I have received in navigating the process has been great. The learning curve for both AI and myself is steep, but it helps having someone answer your questions unlike many web-based companies. Their prompt suggestions are a big help.

I have a review As an architect.

As an architect, I’ve found Rendair AI to be a highly efficient tool for producing high-quality, realistic renders. It significantly reduces the time compared to traditional workflows using SketchUp, V-Ray, or enscape, especially when working on multiple plans or brochure presentations.

I’m still exploring more features, but the performance so far has been excellent. What truly stands out is the support—despite being an AI platform, they provide reliable human assistance whenever needed, which is extremely helpful.

Overall, Rendair AI is a strong addition to any architect’s workflow, saving time while maintaining great visual quality. Highly recommended.

Rendair is an excellent tool with…

Rendair is an excellent tool with tremendous capabilities. Their support team has consistently been responsive and helpful; whether through live chat, quick video messages for troubleshooting, or more in-depth meetings for larger projects.

Like any powerful tool, it requires thoughtful user input. There’s a learning curve, and real value comes from practicing, experimenting, and refining your approach over time. But once you do, Rendair opens the door to creating beautiful, high-quality renderings that most users wouldn’t have imagined possible on their own.

Non-existent customer support

I experienced an issue with my credits. I contacted support twice, and both times the conversation was left unfinished and my problem was not resolved.

Due to a malfunction of the platform, my credits were consumed much faster than expected: instead of charging 1 credit per image, the system deducted 10 credits per image.

As a result, I quickly ran out of credits because of this error. I have requested a refund, as this issue was caused by the platform itself.

I have been subscribed for less than 15 days, and therefore I am entitled to request a refund under applicable regulations.

I ask you to respond to my refund request via email as soon as possible and provide a clear resolution to this issue!

Strongly recommend this product and service!

After struggling a bit with this tech, I was really pleased to get help from the team at Rendair. Scheduling a demo gave me a fully flushed out understanding of the capabilities and support from the team. I get much cleaner and detailed renderings!

Poor Customer Service

I have had a subscription with these guys for a while, however they do not recognise my email even though I have been paying a subscription for ages. They do not return emails and even on Instagram where they have offered to help, nothing has progressed. My bank is now on the case but beware of this company before signing up.

Google login no longer works so I can't…

Google login no longer works so I can't login to cancel my subscription. Dealing with customer support for over a week and they haven't done anything to resolve it. They are now not responding. The brief window when I could use the service I wasn't impressed. Would not reccommmend
