I book online a car with all my information (age...) for 4 days in Glasgow. Unfortunately I can't have the car because I am 22. But I lose the 128 euros of the location.

That's usual for this company as I see from the other complains on internet. They charge but they do not give the deposit back even if the car was used for couple days and no damage was done.

Picking up the car was really easy once I'd found the right part of Vilnius bus station. The staff were really helpful. The car was quite old but in reasonably good condition, and mostly clean. Two observations: there was no windscreen washing liquid and the front windscreen wiper didn't work very well. Thank you.

Fortuna Rent a Car (Car Rental Company) is really, really BAD! The is no worse car rental company than this one. We had booked over EconomyCarRentals. They gave us an old car with 160'000 km done. There were scratches all over and it was very used and smelly inside. But the worst came at the end: THEY DID NOT GIVE US BACK THE DEPOSIT that we have paid when taking over the car. There was no damage caused by us, there was no late bring back and we even gave back half a tank more petrol. As other people seem to have had the same experience, DO NOT BOOK WITH FORTUNA RENT A CAR, as the are CRIMINAL! We wrote about 30 emails, but this really criminal organization did not return our money!! Really don't book here. Have a search on the web after "Fortuna Car Rent Deposit Back" and you will find all the other people that had the same issues.

Fortuna Rent A Car Autovermietung mit Sitz in Litauen haben wir gebucht im Internet über EconomyCarRentals (dot com). Die haben uns EIN ALTES AUTO MIT 160'000 KM gegeben, welches bereits unzählige Mängel aufwies. Leider hatten wir keine andere Option als dieses Auto, da es dann schon 24.00 war. Das Auto hatte bereits unzählige Kratzer und Gebrauchsspuren. Innen sah es deutlich stark benutzt und unsauber aus und es stank (es wurde wohl schon viel geraucht dort drin). Das schlimmste kam aber am Schluss: DIE HABEN UNSER DEPOSIT GELD NICHT ZURUECKGEGEBEN!!! Angeblich wären Beschädigungen entstanden. Wir haben keine Beschädigung verursacht und kein anderer hat etwas daran beschädigt. Wir gaben das Auto pünktlich zurück mit einem halben Tank mehr Benzin, als wir es bekommen hatten. FORTUNA RENT A CAR AUTOVERMIETUNG IST KRIMINELL UND SCHLECHT: NIEMALS HIER BUCHEN!
