So-so this time
Overall almost was fine, but this time the company (?) changed delivery address without asking me. I sent complain to the company, nobody even replied. So to some degree I am disappointed. Luckily the sleeping bag I ordered is top-notch.

Fantastic service. I could not find this item anywhere else and the price was good and delivery to the UK was tracked and VERY VERY fast.

Charged for out of stock items, had to contact bank for refund
Waited until my card was charged before informing me an item was out of stock when I asked when it would be available I was told they have no idea, still waiting on a refund...
Edit: This store said the funds were released two days ago, however when I contacted my bank I was told this never happend and I would need to file a claim. I got the feeling I would have never received my refund if I did not escalate the situation
I really wanted to like this store and even planned on changing my review after they told me everything was taken care of. However I was simply misled for the second time.
Perhaps most people have a good experience when shopping here but I cannot recommend based off of my personal experience.

Have talked to Klarna's customer service and their system performs the payment directly and not like our other payment providers who only put a reservation on the card. We have never had to cancel a direct payment via Klarna before, so I just made the assumption that it worked the same way. Totally my fault and apologize for this. According to customer service, the refund must be received by you within 1-5 banking days. If this has not happened, get back to us directly at hello@outdoorbuddies.se and we will help solve this. / Magnus
we are sorry that the item you ordered turned out to be out of stock. As for your card payment, the money has never been deducted from your card. Debiting only takes place when we send the item, however, a reservation has been made for the amount. This will be released as soon as we have shredded your order. Which happened at 2:51 PM 22/11. The reservation will not remain as we can see in Klarna.

Awesome business idea and crew
Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! They really took the time to explain thoroughly and give good (and to be honest, very pedagogical) answers to all my billion questions.
I have both bought and rented equipment from them. Love the environmental thought behind the business while it also gives me the opportunity to actually try out products before buying.
Highly recommend them!

Excellent ! Approximately 15-30 minutes after I have made my order of Skies, I received an email from the post office that the package had had been sent. The skies themselves arrived well packed and everything as promised.
