We called them to fix our washing…

We called them to fix our washing machine that would leak when in full cycle wash. Their mechanic one Zulphikar came promptly and set about checking and said there was no problem as there was no leakage when he tried it. Ok, half an hour later after he had left, it started leaking. So I called him back, but of course he couldn't come. But he came the next day, and fortunately for me, it leaked. He dismantled the whole thing, couldn't find the fault, kept calling his buddy at work, and finally said the drum was broken but they didn't have spares. So, he demanded payment of Rs 750, and coolly pocketed it and walked away. Finally, we had to call a Samsung professional to get it fixed. That's how good or bad they are. I would say give them a miss.

Very bad service

Very bad service, fooled us and took our money and the ac is still not working, very bad company and don’t trust , if u try contacting them they will block u .
