I would rate Repco Wodonga Vic a 10 if possible, but 5 is the highest. Steve went over and above in customer service. We had broken down in Wodonga and I went to the store searching the necessary part. They had it but at Yarrawonga, 80 klms away. He organised same day transfer and then arranged to deliver it to me after hours, to get us back on the road. Thank you Steve!
TOP SERVICE in Victoria Park, W.A.
I called REPCO Victoria Park in Western Australia. I had placed an online order for taillight and brake light globes with an email to contact the store. Catherien took my call and with her professionalism and dedication, she was able to track down the replacement globe part number. The packaging had changed on the one I ordered and with her patience, she tracked down the replacement part. These are for the brake lights, which are required by law and now we are able to put this vehicle back on the road. A HUGE shoutout to Catherien and THANK YOU for your highest level of customer service. There are not many like you left in the consumer sector ---- WELL DONE !!!!
Kirk went above and beyond!
Kirk and Adam at Repco Browns Plains consistently deliver outstanding customer service. They always go above and beyond, and it genuinely makes a difference.
Recently, an order of mine was taken by another store, and Kirk didn’t hesitate — he organised a replacement, personally picked it up, and brought it straight to the Browns Plains store for me. That level of care is rare these days.
Because of team members like Kirk and Adam, I remain a loyal Repco customer and will continue choosing Repco every time. They’re an absolute credit to the brand.
Avoid freight charge - ORDER CLICK/COLLECT
TIP: Check in store for the items you need, if items needed to be freighted in - ORDER ONLINE, click/collect you won't be charged freight. I was charged $19.50 freight for my two items in-store vs online click/collect where I was NOT charged freight, for the same two items.
When I questioned store staff and head office customer support number, both confirmed this is was the case.
I went into the store in Seymour
I went into the store in Seymour, Victoria, on the 13th of July, and the store clerk, Joel, went above and beyond what I believe is expected in service. I asked about getting some seat covers for my vehicle. The store had none that would fit, so Joel jumped online, and both he and I discussed the style and fabric that I would like. He then contacted a manufacturer and arranged for them to be made. The whole time, he was polite and had a cheerful demeanour. I hope that a well done from his managerial staff gets passed on to him.
Dear Repco Management
Dear Repco Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at your store. I purchased brake pads after specifically advising the staff member that there are two types available for my vehicle and confirming I required the non-VSC version. I also mentioned that I live 45 minutes from town and needed to ensure I received the correct parts. The staff member assured me the pads were correct. Upon attempting to fit the pads, they were incompatible. I had to arrange transport back to town the following day, where I was served by the same staff member. When I explained the inconvenience caused, he was dismissive and offered no apology. He informed me that the correct pads were more expensive and that I would need to pay the difference of approximately $40. Given that I had clearly sought confirmation to avoid this exact situation, I believe the error was on the part of the store. Despite being a loyal customer for over 20 years — including remaining with Repco when Supercheap opened up — I was refused any goodwill or resolution. This experience has left me seriously reconsidering my long-term loyalty to Repco
If you have issues they will ask you to contact the local store
Bought a product online, paid $12 delivery fee for a next day delivery. It took them 5 days to deliver. I sent an email asking refund of the $12 delivery fee and they replied saying I should contact the local store. I sent another email saying that I bought it online and that I would expect them to solve the issue and not bring more work to me to contact the physical store.
Thanks Paul and Jondalar

Oxenford
Oxenford - Gold Coast store.
Rude, condescending, impolite customer service from a female staff member.
I'm a long time customer of Supercheap Auto and Autobarn (on the Gold Coast Norther suburbs) where I have ALWAYS received excellent 'above and beyond' service from all staff members. From the moment you walk into those stores you are treated with a proper helpfull service.
Today for the 1st time in a while I visited REPCO - Oxenford store to collect my online order items.
Female staff member on duty clearly was not having happy day or just worked there too long, her attitude towards me (a customer) was absolutely appalling. Without getting to exect details my experience was very negative. I chose not to confront this person on front of other customes and escalate situation further. Simply I will NEVER shop at REPCO again.
Repco - you have lost another customer.

This was the review I left on their website. Unfortunately, it "didn't meet their standard"!!!
So that's two strikes, do better Repco

I read many of the reviews here last night and headed off to the Gawler SA branch to exchange a faulty battery. Based on the reviews here, I was dreading it but to my surprise it was a pain free experience, the two workers I dealt with were pleasant and accommodating, I have no complaints at all. Good work
How far the service of this company has…
How far the service of this company has fallen. Pathetic or non existent. Order part, request air freight. And when i enquired about the delivery time three days after order was told to wait for a text. After five phone calls and a week after ordering, told it was sent by road. Called the next day, no record of the order. Arrogant, and useless business.

Jerome is amazing with customer service. However not a fan of the Manager.
I went to buy ONE thing
I went to buy ONE thing, the store online says it closes at 5:30 so i drove out of my way to go to this one (in grey lynn), only to arrive at 5:10 to have a lady come out yelling at me "we're done! Nope! come back tomorrow open until 7pm". That is very disrespectful to me as a customer, as well as the establishment when your shop worker is closing the store 20 minutes ahead of time. Get your shit together Repco.
It shouldn't be called Repco anymore
It shouldn't be called Repco anymore. Its just a shop that sells cheap tools, crappy Chinese parts, fluffy dice and car polish. O' yes, also oils etc at a higher price than anywhere else.
Online shopping is hit & miss too. Advertised available parts are quite often out of stock. Except for their sales they are always the most expensive too.
I no longer shop there unless it is unavoidable. They didn't even have 8mm & 10mm fuel line the other day & the pimply faced EX MacDonald's worker knew nothing about cars & how they run. But she could replace my wiper blades. She couldn't even operate the PC to look up an oil filter. Also, if they have to order in something for you that is out of stock YOU have to pay the shipping fee. Back in the day you could get almost any part instantly or within 12 to 24 hours, but now 99% of the time you will need to get most parts for cars older than 5 years from somewhere else. I loath shopping at Repco.

Online shopping states in stock 3rd time this has happened where part is not in stock click and collect 30min have to wait 12 hrs to be told have to order wait 4 days what a joke sort it already Repco NZ
