Increase the Pro domain limit from 10 to at least 30

Hi Resend team,

The 10 domain limit on Pro does not make sense, and I want to flag it.

Emails already scale with pay-as-you-go overages. Domains are stuck at 10 until you jump all the way to Scale at $90. There is nothing in between.

My case is many small websites with low email volume. I need 20 to 30 domains but nowhere near 100k emails. So Scale is way too big, and Pro blocks me at 10.

The workaround is even worse: to get more domains I would have to open a second Pro account. That means $40 for 20 domains, split across two accounts, with split sender reputation. That is clearly broken.

My ask is simple: the 100k email tier should include at least 30 domains, ideally 50. Anyone hitting 100k emails is already going to move to a bigger plan, so capping domains at 10 there is pointless. Give paying customers room to grow on one account.

One more thing: your 2024 post said Pro includes unlimited domains, but my account shows 10. Which one is right?

Thanks.

Suspended our account

Suspended our account, did not send any emails to inform us of it, and were incredibly rude over comms when trying to understand how to get things back up and running. We’re clearly not the first company this has happened to considering the number of reviews here alone. Would not recommend at all.

'Your account is temporarily suspended

'Your account is temporarily suspended. Check your email for more details and next steps.'
No email received, account banned, and tens of thousands of euros in damages. No response from support, a week has already passed!

Paid account suspended almost immediately, no fair compensation

I paid for Resend on March 9, and my account was suspended on March 10, just one day later. My sending remained disabled until March 28.

During that period, I lost 18 days of paid subscription time and my business operations were disrupted because I use the service only for transactional emails such as OTP, login verification, and notifications.

This issue caused me significant financial damage, estimated at more than $500. Although my account was eventually restored, Resend did not provide a clear response regarding compensation, refund, or extension for the lost subscription period.

I was not using the service for spam or marketing abuse. My usage was strictly transactional. From my perspective, it is unfair to suspend a paid account for that long, restore it later, and then ignore the question of lost paid time and business impact.

I hope Resend improves its review process and offers fair compensation when customers lose access due to internal restrictions on their side.

Avoid for Production - Zero warning, permanent bans for technical testing.

I spent weeks integrating Resend only to have my account permanently suspended after a single deliverability audit. No warning, no 'sandbox' mode notification, just a total block on a legitimate e-commerce domain. Their 'support' is non-existent when you actually need a human to review a technical edge case. Don't build your business on a foundation that can disappear without a conversation. Extremely disappointing for a supposedly developer-first platform.

Horrible

We asked a question, they didn't like it, so they canceled our subscription and our account.

Dont waste your time with these thugs.

They suspended account when we were…

They suspended account when we were getting a lot of new customers/traffic. We lost tons of them because of the Resend. They decided to suspend our account, we were waiting for their response - a long time, and after that they decided to keep the ban! This is worst provider ever.

Also sometimes their API keys stops working and you need to create new ones for no reason.

We lost tons of money, their services is unreliable.

Lost customers, lost money. Customer service nightmare.

Account suspended with no response from support in over 24 hours. We are losing money and receiving complaints from customers at not being able to perform critical tasks like signing up. Absolute show-stopper and completely unacceptable. Switching away from these jokers.

Working so far 😄

Works for my use case of sending app verification codes and some other auxiliary emails. Messages arrive pretty quickly to Gmail inboxes. Hope the situation won't change.

Worst Support

One of the worst support providers I had ever seen. Your team members are not even replying to my request, and my account has been suspended by your team on (13-02-2024), and today, without my permission, your team has taken $20 from my account. So if your team was not able to provide a refund, I am going to take legal action.
