Amazing customer service from Muhammad, his Sister and Ibrahim. Their products are top notch. I got exactly what I wanted, and the discount was cool.

I ordered a pair of jeans that unfortunately didn't fit, but I couldn't fault the service. The return process was straightforward, communication was clear, and my refund was processed quickly with no issues at all. Everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a hassle-free experience. I would happily order from them again.

This was a hard review as I was very happy how quickly my item originally arrived, it didn’t fit and customer support was very helpful and the jumper was returned and full refund given, as there was no alternative size in the color I originally chose I managed to get the size I was after in another color, again this arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately after wearing the jumper once, I noticed the stitching coming away at the back at the collar. I contacted RD support again to make them aware and asked if this could be swapped due to this defect. I was not interested in a Refund as was more than happy with the jumper other than the stitching issue. After receiving no reply for a few days I contacted support again and I was told the stitching wasn’t a defect but “incorrect use by wearer” I found this quite insulting as a 50 year old man as I’m quite sure how to put a jumper on correctly. Again my reply was ignored, so I’m assuming case closed by RD and I’m left with a defective jumper, which I will look to get professionally repaired. Pretty gutted overall as RD have some lovely clothes but it’s when things go wrong with their items, there is no accountability from them.

Has items in high demand that are out of stock in main shops and extremely fast delivery came the next day and I hadn’t even paid extra.

i had an amazing experience when i purchased from the store i was unsure of the VW/ bag styles before entering. All staff were welcoming and extemely helpfull apon me arriving. fantasic service, ordered an item to be delivered before christmas and it was delivered on time when it said it would be, unfortunately the size was not quite right so i had emailed the company and had a very fast response and the staff were so helpful in changing the size and having redelivered still in time before christmas, quality is amazing and so is the response i got with the size issue amazing overall
