My order came late and missed on a…

My order came late and missed on a group ride to the Leesburg rally with my friends. When I bought my alpinestars r7 helmet the picture shows it with a tinted visor but then found out it only comes with a clear. So I went to a local motorcycle store that carries alpinestars helmets. They told me that they are having a problem with the r7 helmet and can not get the r10 visor to fit my helmet. I'm put out on this whole experience, more dose not always mean better. This sucks.

I like my new helmet

I like my new helmet, however I changed my mind on color and within one hour of order I attempted to change order but was told I couldn't. Seems like your agent could make a couple of hits on their computer and helped me. But no.

Parts arrived late and one piece was missing

Parts arrived late and one piece was missing, not a huge deal but annoying. The really bad part of the process was trying to get the missing parts replaced. The chat function is glitchy and drops connection. Then you have to start over. Then the pics won’t upload and you can’t restart the send function. Called and talked to someone said he’d send an email, I never received it. Nothing in my spam folder. Finally go to chat again. Explained the issue again. Actually types the same thing five times. For a $10 part! Did they offer to overnight it? Nope, nothing. Wasted several hours. Will definitely think twice before buying here again.

Rsv4 windshield

I could not find a clear visor for my aprilia from your store. I settled for a smoked lens. Spent over a hundred dollars. Wife unpacked and got rid of packaging because I was out of town only to find the fitment is completely wrong. I can't even modify fairing to make it work and I'm out a bill

Let Down by Revzilla again.

I live in the Northeast and we have a short motorcycle season. I needed a part for my bike and paid for next day shipping. I guess next day mean 5 days in Revzilla talk. I called and I was met with atitude and a complete passing along of the blame, "It's Fedex", I have never gotten a Revzilla package on time.
