Sad experience not again …
I have to say that I find this company very difficult to do business with !!, today I had travelled to London to look for a watch for my 60th birthday having spent a few hours looking at the watches in the watch dept at Harrods I wanted to look at a Richard Mille so decided to catch a cab to Bond Street what a mistake - having arrived at the front door to be greater by a young man I think he thought he was security obviously very new to the art of knowing your potential customers - looked me up and down and actually spoke after he put his phone away - “have you got an appointment “.
