Not bad but not great. Some cakes are lovely but others come quite dry, especially if you get an end piece. I've placed several orders and so far I'd say it's a bit hit and miss.

It’s a no from me!!

Never ordering from this business again, I won two items in an auction on the live. They didn’t even dispatch / arrive. Emailed them and their response said “items got lost in their system and now they had no stock left to send out” I’m sorry but how does that even happen!! They’ve offered to give me a voucher but I just asked for a full refund through TikTok. The cakes are hit and miss and sometimes stale! After being a loyal customer for over a year, I will not be using these again, I’ve even received wonky items in a normal box in the past. They only care about the money. My advice would be to avoid. Very poor.

DO NOT ORDER! WORST BAKED GOODS EVER!

Ordered 3 build your own boxes to try and give to family and friends and wish I had never bothered! Took nearly a week to arrive as they had some issues with Royal Mail and then once I had received the bakes half of them were stale and the other half were underbaked. Had to throw away a few blondies and cookies as they were literally like eating raw dough! The brownies are the worst brownies I have ever tasted - people say they are fudgey but they are not, they are dry and more like cake than a brownie and taste horrible. All the bakes are far too sweet - you can literally feel the sugar as you bite into some of them they are that undercooked! The Rocky road and tiffins were okay but nothing to rave about - would rather buy a brownie from Lidl and a box of Rocky road from Tesco. I ordered some gluten free bakes for my dad but the bakes were not individually labelled so you couldn’t even tell which bake was what - they did include a piece of paper in the box with a QR code which gives you a list of ingredients for each bake but that doesn’t help differentiate what bake is what. Definitely will not be ordering again! Save your money and order elsewhere.

I ordered 15 slice box as watching online thought they would send out great slices but when I received mine it was like I got 12 mis shape slices and 3 perfect slices
I think i was given wonky ones customer service gave me 20 perc off next order but thought they would replace them
I did tell them packaging was really good and the taste was great but the standard
Of most of the slices were not what I expected.
Was disappointed still am

⭐☆☆☆☆

Honestly don't get the hype. The cakes were nothing special and were so sweet that even the smell gave me a headache. I'd seen loads of TikTok reviews before ordering, but I was pretty disappointed. People call them "fudgy", but to me they just seemed underbaked and raw. It feels like they're more interested in bringing out loads of new flavours every week than actually focusing on the quality. I'd rather have a few really good flavours than loads of average ones. Definitely wouldn't order again. Save your money.

Sadly item arrived with flies inside

Sadly item arrived with flies inside. Customer service were helpful, they gave me a voucher credit, but the items I order with the voucher credit then arrived raw and uncooked basically just batter in packaging, sadly inedible due to salmonella/ecoli risks especially as a breastfeeding mum..

Don’t waste your money it’s not appreciated it.

Had a monthly subscription box for a year. Recently cancelled due to months of disappointing bakes. The subscription box is supposed to a selection of different types of baked goods, however I had constant repeated stale bakes. Damaged bakes and inconsistent sizes. I contacted customer service who were unhelpful and blamed delivery or new staff without any acknowledgement of my support. Don’t waste your money! They don’t deserve the custom or appreciate it.

Super disappointing

Super disappointing. I ordered a some bakes and the Dubai chocolate tub- the bakes were underwhelming honestly, and although it was cheap, I wouldn’t purchase again. The Dubai tub was horrible. The pistachio kunafa mix tasted stale. The chocolate cake underneath was extremely dry, and despite following instructions to heat it up, was a massive letdown. I would not order from this store again. Especially disheartening as I saw a lot of promotion and “hype” prior to purchasing, and therefore assumed the products would be good. Overall a big waste of money. I hope the sellers will improve the recipes in the future

Packaging / Bakes Ruined

Bakes and box were completely destroyed on arrival. Quality was poor and customer service fob you off onto Tiktok support rather than provide any useful help. Avoid!

Refused to refund despite products being destroyed. Don't waste your money

The rest were literally raw inside. Tasting incredibly cheap and basic. But so difficult to even eat because of the rock solid quality. Have requested a refund a hope they get back to me!!

Stale product, refund declined!

I ordered 5 products. 2 were as I expected, 2 had started to go stale and 1 was very obviously stale on arrival. I requested a refund and it was declined despite clear photo evidence. I will not order again.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had…

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with a company - ever. Their products are extremely poor quality (awful) please do not spend your money on this business. They are also not interested in any complaints and will disregard any issues. The arrogance and lack of any customer service is astounding. If you are looking for a decent brownie please order from Antonia’s cakes in St Helens - the best you will ever try! Alana you need to address the fact that you use TikTok as a platform to scam money from people - this is who you are.

Don't waste your money

My sister sent me a box and what a waste of her money. Dry brownies with no taste, the chocolate orange was the most awful brownie I have ever tasted. It did not taste like chocolate orange, she either used a out of date flavouring or added something that made it taste like some sort of pot pouri petals in your mouth. The first bite was enough to put you off ever ordering from here. It's just a stupid tiktok hype where people hype them up and put money in their pockets.

Poor

I’ve been wanting to try Ridiculously Rich by Alana for quite some time, so I finally placed my first order for 15 bakes. Unfortunately, my initial impressions weren’t great. There was a delay in dispatch — and this was due to Ridiculously Rich themselves rather than the courier — which was disappointing for a first order.
When the box arrived, things didn’t improve. Six of the fifteen bakes were bashed, broken, and looked as though they’d been thrown around. My first thought was that I’d accidentally been sent a “wonky box,” because the presentation was so poor.
I’m not going to review every bake individually, because the majority of the 15 would score quite low. One of the biggest disappointments was the portion control. A few bakes were a reasonable size, but several were so small they felt more like a “child’s portion” than a premium treat. For the price point and the brand’s reputation, the inconsistency was hard to ignore.
On the whole, it was a very disappointing experience with Ridiculously Rich by Alana. I’ve purchased bakes online from other sellers that were far better in both quality and presentation, so this really fell short of what I expected.

They are awful

The box of 9 I ordered turned up with an expiry date of the 13th March so they should all be fresh. I tried 3 which were nice but the others were hard and stale. I couldn't even bite them. The whole box with postage and packaging cost me £29.95. I'm waiting to hear from back from customer services. However, after reading other reviews on tiktok it doesn't sound like I'm going to get the outcome I'm hoping for. I had an issue once before about two years ago but was told they don't give refunds. What kind of business does this? Surely if you pay for something and it doesn't meet the standard then you should be entitled to a full refund.

Delicious Treats with Fast Service

I’ve been ordering from Ridiculously Rich by Alana for a while now and overall I’m really impressed. The treats are absolutely delicious, fudgy, moist, and full of flavour. I’ve tried the Malteasers Tiffin, Salted Caramel Slice, Vegan Biscoff Brownie, Vegan Oreo Brownie, and Aero Rice Crispy Treats, and every single one was a joy to eat. Even items I was unsure about arrived tasting incredible. Orders are packed and dispatched promptly, usually the same day, and they arrive next day, which is super convenient.

That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. Stock management is inconsistent. I’ve ordered the same item multiple times and it is often out of stock or substituted. Slice sizing can be uneven with corner pieces noticeably smaller than middle pieces. Packaging can be improved too; for example, the Malteasers Tiffin I received was squashed because it did not fit well in the box. A slightly larger box or a different arrangement could prevent this.

Customer service is easy to access and very responsive, always live and quick to answer questions, which is fantastic. The brand is also very accommodating for dietary requirements. The egg free slices are genuinely great, I have an egg allergy and have never had an issue.

I highly recommend ordering from TikTok Shop instead of the website. It is cheaper, faster, and the delivery, dispatch, packaging, and customer service are all quicker. Ordering Monday through Thursday ensures your treats arrive next day or within two days, which is the fastest option.

In terms of pricing, the bundle deals Buy 9 or Buy 15 offer the best value. Individual slices are a bit pricey but worth it for the quality. The 15 pack is the best value for two people if you plan to eat or freeze the treats over time.

Overall, Ridiculously Rich by Alana offers high quality, delicious treats with great service, but there is room to improve on stock, sizing consistency, and packaging. I would happily order again and feel confident recommending them to anyone who loves indulgent, egg free desserts.

One of the worst companies I have ever bought from

The cakes/slices are average at best (and that’s being extremely generous!), 90% of the time their brownies and blondies are overcooked and the other 10% of the time they’re still raw, not gooey, literally raw! I’m a chef myself so I know.
Also on top of this be careful if you do order though because their customer services team are utterly useless… I sent them photo proof that they sent me 2 of the wrong slices and they still said there wasn’t enough evidence 😬 clearly 2 caramel egg blondies in the photo I sent them and they could see from my order that I hadn’t ordered them… still wasn’t enough proof for them though. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT ADVISE ORDERING FROM HERE, I won’t be ever again!

First time ordered

First time ordered. Very disappointed in the quality. Some items very dry and missing ingredients. Some partly squashed. I ordered 2 flapjack and one was a lot smaller. Not worth the price paid, look so different when Alana is reviewing them!

I absolutely love Ridic Rich

I absolutely love Ridic Rich, I've ordered from her over 20 times and rarely had an issue and if I didn't Demi on customer service dealt with it straight away! I absolutely love the cake bars they are my favourite! I love buying the mystery 15 slice and I like a surprise! Highly recommend the Dubai cake pot too!
