I would not recommend Right Inbox.

My experience with both the product and the company was extremely frustrating. The product itself was unreliable and caused issues with multiple emails, which defeated the entire purpose of using it. It was not worth the cost.

The billing/customer service experience was even worse. I was told I would receive a $50 credit for submitting a review, but it was not made clear that Right Inbox would later decide whether the review “qualified” or was “approved” before honoring the credit. I submitted the review and had a screenshot showing it was submitted, but they still refused to apply the credit and continued to frame it as if I had not done what was requested.

On top of that, I continued to deal with charges after the fact and had to repeatedly follow up just to confirm the subscription was actually cancelled and that my payment information was removed from their billing system.

Overall, the product was unreliable, the credit offer felt misleading, and the handling of the billing issue was outrageous. I would not use this service again.

I find it a very functional tool that allows you to keep track of activities that need monitoring. Ideal for following up on issues. The technical support is excellent.

Absolutely furious with this company, and I also hold KIWI for Gmail responsible, as they promote this software through their own app. There is no contact form on their website, and support is nonexistent.
The receipt was never emailed to me, and I have no way of cancelling the subscription. Avoid like the plauge!

Evaluated a number of options and found Right Inbox to be the best for my needs -- primarily email reminders. Have worked with support twice with great help. Had to change up my account settings and update my subscription. Would love a self-service dashboard for account settings (app settings are self-serve) in the future.

I canceled my account only to learn 5 years later that they continued to bill me.

Keeps charging even after cancellation. I cancelled years ago and have email proof of confirmation. Then they claimed I started a new plan and kept charging! I have zero communications about this supposed new plan. Their support insinuates that the error was on my part, when judging by the reports here, they have an ongoing, unethical problem with continuing to charge after cancelling.

Terrible service and company. The extension downloaded messed up my gmail account and left messages undelivered. I uninstalled and cancelled but they pretend I have to go through my bank to get a refund yet the bank says to go through them. They are scammers that take your money and deliver a very inadequate delinquent service. Beware. Reported. I heard they are going to be investigated soon for these practices so let’s hope that goes through.

I'm sorry but this extension / app is not good. If you sent mails with tracking, the sent mails didn't appear in sent (are totally missed and lost). Or appear but without attachments. This a a big problem because you can't know for sure if your email was OK or not. If you sent a mail without attach it does work a little better, but the sent mail appears without html and without attachments.
Hope they fix it but for now I will uninstall this extension because is useless with this bugs.

slows down gmail, unreliably sends emails

The demo looked good, so I paid for one month to try out. I installed extension on Chrome, when you open gmail a pricing page jumps up. Not functional for me, so I email support......no reply after 4 hours, so I asked for cancel and refund. Now the respond and cancel ok but can't refund. It's been 4 days! What a fraud!

I tried this software as it was supposed to work with safari. Big disappointment the software is buggy and annoying pop ups and reconnection is required all the time. Finally my emails were marked as spam when sending to clients! Avoid at all cost also they refuse to refund the remainder of the subscription.

I had the same experience as everyone else here.

Requested my account be cancelled and was charged for a year. Asked again to cancel and ended up being charged again....

120 dollars down the drain. We also experienced issues with sending and highly recommend avoiding right inbox

The extension does not work.

I signed up and paid $8 for the first month and received an automatic confirmation mail and a response from the Support, that I have paid already.

The Support has not resolved my case

I tested the extension in Firefox and Chrome - and followed the guide by the Support team - and the extension does not work

I am being prompted to upgrade although I am already set back $8 and with no extension.

I thus paid and received no service.

A disgraceful company with no shame.

We tried them out, paid the annual fee but their software failed and didn't deliver our emails as programmed.

We ended up losing deals left right and centre due to their software failing.
Our emails were never delivered.

Right Inbox claimed they had a problem but never tried to make right instead leaving a poor admin guy to send average emails.

We cancelled our account.

We then realised they kept charging us 3 years on despite the cancellation and they refused to credit us for the first year we purchased this faulty software.

This will be the first time in my business history that I call another company thieves.
