Communication is poor, they don’t check on your weight loss progress.
I have two orders of 399.00 that I never received. I have notified Rightwell of this numerous times with no success of a re placement order or a refund.
I’m Done with rightwell there are plenty of other companies that can provide service.

Their communication sucks ! I moved up a dose and inquired why am I instructed to take the same dose as the 5.5 . The concentration may be higher but I don’t feel any increase in appetite suppression . I think this compound version is BS ! I’ve been eating more and haven’t lost anything in two weeks since I moved to 7.5 mg. I think they do this so you can buy more . I recommend getting Zepound if you can get it . Or a different company . I truly think they sold me a bad batch

If I could give a zero I would, Rightwell is awful, you'd better listen if you don't want to get into a financial bind. These ppl will not communicate, they will keep telling you what you want to hear and you still don't get what you paid for. I got my 1st 2 months with no problem, I paid for 6 months, after that it all went down hill. I truly think that they are just getting ppls money. I haven't lost 1 pound in the 2 months that I did use it. I am trying to get a refund of my last 4 mos. I am having a hard time even getting them on the phone. They will reach out every now and then when I send an email, but I still get no where, they tell me that they sent it to the Pharmacy & that I will get a tracking in 3-5 days, and it's like they forget all about you. I hate I didn't read reviews before spending my money on this shitty company, now I will have to go thru my credit card co to try and dispute the months I didn't recieve, to get my money back, since they don't answer the phone and you can't get anywhere thru email. BEWARE!!!!!

I received the product quickly. Unfortunately, my doctor didn't want me to switch to the semiglutide from terzepitide. I immediately canceled my subscription. Within two weeks my credit card was hit with a $299 charge. I was only paying $159. I notified the credit card not to pay. They did anyway, putting me over the limit. I've been emailing with the Rightwell company who keep apologizing for the stress but doing nothing to correct it. They've tried billing me again! Now my credit card has to file an investigation. I'm stuck with interest, and it lowered my credit score.

Awful Experience. I tried Rightwell for 6 months. With the exception of 1 month, I had to follow up with them numerous times to get any shipping information on my medication. They advertise that it takes 5-7 days after a doctor approves my medication for the pharmacy to fill and send out the order. Not my experience at all. Most months it was 14-21 days. They had no problem billing me on time, but couldn't send my medication timely. They also tried to charge me $300/month even though I had a permanent discount applied where I was supposed to be charged $150/month. 90% of the time when I called customer service I had to leave a voicemail. The final straw was when it took 3 weeks to get an answer on the status of my order; this was after I was sent 2 tracking numbers of orders that were previously delivered to me. After that, I was told my order was sent out to me and they would send me the correct tracking number that day. Another week passed with no information. I had to leave numerous voicemails, write numerous emails, and send several messages for a week with no response. Finally after telling them I was reporting them to the BBB and canceling my membership, I received a tracking number. I'm waiting on an email to confirm the cancellation of my membership, but I'll be closing my bank account because I have no trust in them. Would never recommend this company.
