Riot support is absolutely trash. 5 months ago I got banned for 1 day for "disruptive gameplay". I was playing together with my friend, our team was just trashed by enemies, so we lost with no chances, after the game I was banned, can't really remember the details, but I wrote a ticket asking what I was banned for, no response in like 4 days, after that they just closed the ticket. Few days ago, I was playing Sona, the situation was similar, we got absolutely trashed, I went 0-6-16, I got banned after receiving reports and automated review of the game, for apparently "disruptive behaviour", yes, yes, I was banned having 70% kill participation and a ton of hp healed.The only "bad thing" I did was, after 6th gank from enemy jungle when mine sits and fullclears, I wrote in chat that this game is probably lost, and muted myself, so I don't know what my teammates were writing. So I wrote a ticket, sating I wasn't inting, but if I got banned, why my 2-8-1 heimerdinger wasn't banned. I asked for info, what was held as "disruptive gameplay" in that match. All I got was employee textbook answer that he/she rewieved my gameplay and indeed I was banned for a reason, no explanations, nothing, just gave me the explanation what is disruptive behaviour in general according to riot. Wrote a new ticket, asking for more details, because I'm not satisfied with that kind of answer, it's been 11 hours now, no response. P.S. Browski from tech support closed the first ticket immediately, so I couldn't ask that directly and had to write a new ticket. I won't be surprised if new tech support guy will just answer that your gameplay was already rewieved and the ban was valid. And other riot bullshit.

There is no way to get any type of service to get it fixed. Riot games is the most awful horrible service that there is in the gaming community riot has blatantly banned people for nothing and continues to do nothing about it. The absolute most disgusting experience I’ve ever had with a gaming company.

I am completely done with this company.
I spent over €2,000 on my account and invested countless hours into the game. Before going to sleep, I lost five matches. When I woke up, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned for cheating.
The problem is simple: I have never cheated. I contacted support multiple times looking for an explanation, but my tickets were repeatedly closed without any meaningful response. No evidence was provided, no details were shared, and no effort was made to properly investigate the situation.
I even offered to cooperate fully and have my PC checked because I know I am legitimate. What makes this situation even more confusing is that I was not HWID banned—only my account was suddenly banned without warning.
Losing access to an account worth more than €2,000 without a clear explanation is extremely frustrating. What disappoints me even more is the complete lack of communication and transparency from support.
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a gaming company, and it has completely destroyed my trust in them.
I will never play any of their games again.

I submitted more than 10 support tickets to Riot Support, including screenshots and detailed evidence of players intentionally feeding and ruining ranked games. Because of this, I lost multiple ranks and wasted countless hours, yet nobody from the support staff seriously reviewed the reports or gave a meaningful response.
Most replies felt automated, copy-pasted, or completely ignored the actual evidence I provided. As a player who spent a lot of time in the game, it’s extremely frustrating to feel like intentional griefing and feeding are not being handled properly.
I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — only for someone to actually review the reports and communicate properly. Instead, after many tickets, I still feel unheard and ignored.

1 out of 5 is an extremely indulgent grade for the kind of trash Riot provides as experience. Unbalanced games (especially LoL) full of toxiccity (resemblance is uncanny with riot employees probably and you will instantly get banned if you respond or react in every way) and everything is made in the name of a grinders e-players community of no lifers & money. The only company in the gaming industry which managed to get a great concept and transform it in the most toxic pile o trash. Hopefully, they will go bankrupt and their company will dissapear in the dark side of history. Do yourself a favor and do anything else instead of installing any of their games. Those are made for grinding and just to keep you online in the name of statistics.

I digged deep into IT, my PC is super fine and i can play every game perfectly!!!

Every game they have is very competitive, in a sense that the playerbase is mostly just toxic players. But I've had my fun times and all that and I still play Valorant to this day. I've got about almost 2k total hours just in Valorant alone and been playing since release and been on and off.

most ass support system in the history of mankind they use AI, they sit in their beanbag chairs doing nothing watching caedrel yap about T1's twerking techniques for 90 hours a day while the matchmaking system is beyond abysmal. Griefers get a slap on the wrist all while you get shafted for typing something on accident and playing the game like a normal person :D

You can say what you want about the game but the programing quality is abysmal. I think it's just some monkeys with typewriters that commit something if it compiles. The launcher has a shit ton of bugs. Games sometimes start sometimes they don't, sometimes they start and don't let you get in. The support is extremely difficult to get. It's always assumed that it's the players fault, never the dev. And it's been like that for a while. Even the balance team always dismisses player feedback as whining and the only choices they make are based on winrates.
The repair tool doesn't repair the game, it just creates logs. etc.etc.
It's a completely unserious and incompetent company. The only thing they do well are cinematics.
Unfair Matchmaking and Poor Support
I have played over 600 games in League of Legends, and the matchmaking system is still putting me with players who don’t know how to play, sometimes even iron-level players. It feels unfair and like my time is wasted. Reporting cheaters or toxic players doesn’t change anything, and the support only gives copy-paste answers. Riot needs to take matchmaking and player reports more seriously.
It's bizarre how they've still got a platform
I think Riot Games' incompetence and inability to actually make games should be studied. VALORANT had a great foundation and at its core it's a good game. Unfortunately their lack of care when it comes to what's actually important for a game like this alongside their under experienced developers causes it to fall short. I've really liked this game but they decided to go full out on monetization while somehow managing to make the game worse and worse with each update. If you're reading this wondering if you should quit their games - please do. It will save you a headache and them from profiting while doing the absolute bare minimum.

I am getting 1 reward capsule per stream and i start watching it early. so lots of 5 game series, comes on at 8pm i dont go to bed till 1 am watching it and i get 1 capsule for 5 hours? is that correct for the drop rates? cause if so ill send proof its only giving me one but that would suck. why even tell people to watch on ur website for rewards when im getting barely anything. says im check marked for rewards. but like i said I had 7 capsules last night and today i have 8, so i got 1 in the entire 5+ hour T1 series with MULTIPLE pauses due to peripheral issues etc etc. Not happy with getting 1 per 5 hours.

Can confirm the whole BLG v AL stream i got a total of 0 rewards, turning it on before the first game started. I havent gotten anything. So i dont understand. sometimes i get 1 or 2, most of the time its 1 and sometimes its 0 like today.

I double checked everything and would like to inform you that MSI drops happen in specific times and not all the players watching the stream at the moment would be able to get a drop, as the amount of grants are also limited.
Please keep in mind that he drops are always random and sometimes you get luckier and receive more drops and sometimes you may receive nothing.

Thank you for your response, though it only deepens my disappointment with your MSI reward drops. After spending over five hours on your website, receiving 0-1 drops is simply unacceptable. It feels less like a reward system and more like a poorly executed lottery.
Your explanation about the randomness of drops is inadequate. I expected better from a company that promotes player engagement. This indifference to loyal supporters is troubling and reflects a lack of commitment to your community.
