Excellent tasting veggies
Fresh, organic, quality and tasty vegetables, worth the extra pennies. I taste tested against shop bought 'organic' and you can definitely tell the difference. Shops blatantly lie to maximize profits.
One criticism, if veggies ordered do not arrive ( due to poor quality), it would be better if they would make contact so that you can order a replacement rather than receving nothing.
Apart from this, I recommend this company to everyone.

Either your drivers are underpaid
Either your drivers are underpaid, or they simply don’t care. Every time they come here, they leave the gate wide open, it’s very unsafe, especially im this area we live in. Please make sure your drivers close the gate after leaving the property. Im concerned of this behavior, because they dont do this in other premises. Thank you.

So frustrating website... I've spent over 45mins placing an order and then they asked me to sign in. Unfortunately I had to reset my password and I lost the order!!!
Over £60.... I really can't be bothered to go thru it all again... Sorry River ford you've lost me!!!

Christmas once a fortnight!
What an excellent find this company was! They're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The fresh fruit and veg they offer varies with the seasons and is top quality.
Receiving a new box of goodies every other Monday is like Christmas, once a fortnight!

I have been with Riverfords for about 2…
I have been with Riverfords for about 2 + yrs and the veg, fruit, meat and dairy have been fabulous. The fruit and veg arrive fresh and nothing like the ones in supermarkets. The meat is tasty and so is the dairy. If you have a problem they are quick to rectify it on live chat, The lady who delivers it is so friendly! I will never go back to supermarket goods.

Good service from Riverford
One item wasn’t available and one item substituted with a completely different vegetable but I was refunded for both.
Very quick response to my query and was notified about the missing item
before my delivery.
Delivery to my designated place is early morning and I’m pleased they take boxes etc back to be used or recycled.

Was sold as being farm fresh, however cucumbers spongy, and tomatoes were wrinkly, i did reach out, and gave feedback when i cencelled, however no response, shame the quality did not match the sales pitch at point of sale.
