I needed a maximum-speed passport renewal. Ray made it happen. He did everything possible to keep me informed and reassured and to answer my questions, making sure I understood what he could and could not do and how the process worked. No one wants to have to rush a passport, but it's so great to have this option if you need it; there are some trips you can hardly afford to cancel.
At this point in the owner's career the company is pretty much a one-man show, so RJR doesn't have a huge volume or online footprint, but Ray really is great at what he does and has been doing it for decades. The bigger companies are hardly able to answer their phones, but Ray always answered when I called; when I finally got through to one of the big ones on the phone, they said they would need at least four days more than the horizon on which Ray estimated and delivered.
I was nervous about this because so little info about the passport expeditor industry is available online (apparently their old federal contracts have some strictures about how they can advertise, and I guess the smallness of Ray's business means he doesn't have time for a lot of an online footprint outside of trustpilot), but my trust in RJR was not misplaced. The trustpilot reviews were a big help with this.

I was very uneasy to expedite my passport with a company for which I had no knowledge or experience, but I took a chance with RJR and could not have been more comfortable or pleased with the outcome!
