The staff were friendly and explained everything well.
The motorhome already had 37,000 miles on it, so it was showing some wear and tear. The mattress was sagging. But the worst part was that the black water valve was leaking; this caused black water to accumulate in the storage compartment and then spill out onto the road. We had to drain the black water every two days to prevent an odor inside the motorhome—even when the tank was only a third full.

We had a very positive overall experience with the RV rental. The staff at both pick-up and drop-off were friendly, helpful, and professional. We especially appreciated the older gentleman whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch — he was exceptionally kind and had a great sense of humor, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The RV itself was in good condition and served us well throughout the trip, except for an issue with the generator, which stopped working halfway through our journey. The customer service representative we spoke with on the phone was very friendly and did her best to help us troubleshoot the problem remotely, although we were unable to resolve it that way. We were then directed to a repair shop in the town where we were staying. The mechanic explained that the problem was caused by fuel with too high an alcohol content and recommended switching to higher-quality fuel, which successfully solved the issue.
Overall, we had a great experience and were very happy with the service and the RV. We truly appreciated the friendly staff and their efforts to help us along the way.

Road Bear made our dream holiday come true. It was a very good service and every problem was solved by the great team and their manager! We owe them big thanks!

Service was great. We got help from Mr. Para, who was so kind and very knowledgeable for helping a first time RV renter such as myself. He even drove me to the car rental place nearby after we dropped off the camper. It was a very smooth experience for pick up and drop off, and the whole team was very kind with great explanations and free coffee too. Thanks Mr. Para!

Pick-up and return were very efficient, reliable and fair. The vehicle itself was not in the best condition with a number of minor but practical deficiencies (leaks, functionality, dead batteries), however, service was good.

Overall, we had a good experience with the camper.
The biggest downside was finding ants in several areas throughout the camper, which forced us to carry out a full pest control treatment using products we had to buy ourselves.
The worst part was the bedding:
The rear double mattress was infested, making it completely unusable for the first 3 nights.
The first night was extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the over-cab bed above the driver's seat, as there were ants there too, and we could feel them crawling up our legs during the night.
Additionally, we had an issue with the generator, which failed to start on two separate days.

The pick-up in Los Angeles was somewhat chaotic. We had completed the online check-in, so we expected everything to be ready, but there were still quite a few documents to process. In addition, they still had to load the bedding, tables, and chairs.
The Wi-Fi was not set up at pick-up, but a fair compensation was agreed upon when we returned the vehicle.
The drop-off in San Francisco was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we were very satisfied with the service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Good driving RV, strong engine.
However, not all accessoires we paid for were in the RV like blankets, coffeemaker, etc...Also toilet cleaning tablets were insufficient leading to a stench.
We had good help/service at Las Vegas for missing and broken items.
We were also very happy with the shuttlebus van LA Agoura Hills to our Hilton Airport Hotel.
All in all, a fantastic experience with the Road Bear Campervan

Pick up and drop off were fine. On road service because of flat tire was unresponsive and we had to figure out the problem ourselves. The RV was nice but in some places a bit run down. The price was higher compared to competitors and I would not agree that road bear is much better.

Great rental product & experience. The vehicle performed perfectly and we had a blast using it through our trip. I thought the pricing was fair (for the newer, more reliable vehicle and class), and Road Bear was extremely transparent and communicative.
I never felt "nickel and dime'd", because they didn't try to hide anything or sneak around - they were clear on cost.
The staff were all incredibly helpful and spend a bunch of time getting us set up and confident.

Very very good service, nice staff, easy fast communication. We had some hiccups during our 63 nights in the RV, but roadbear did everything to help us out. It's an easy camper to work with if you never camped before. We had a great time

We had a great time with our camper from Road Bear RV. Shuttle service, pick-up and drop-off of the camper worked very well and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the communication beforehand worked well and we always got fasr answers. We did not have any trouble with the RV and it was well equipped for our purposes traveling as a family with two small children.
