For the past 5 years, I’ve been working on various construction sites across the UK, and at least once a month, I visit a new site and go through an induction.
I haven’t seen an induction as poorly organized as the one at Robertson Group in a long time. A million unnecessary questions and a ton of paperwork to fill out.
Tip: If you’re going for an induction there, arrive a day early to make sure you have enough time to complete all the forms.
