After being with Robin Hood for a couple of years and putting a lot of money in one last last week i adventually won £250 but promptly got blocked from the site and asked to send numerous documents to them before I could withdraw my money, I sent copies of bank statements, utility bills including tax bill but because the only Id I have is a voters certificate I was refused my withdrawal! I’m really disappointed in Robin Hood bingo as I feel like a voter certificate along with everything else I gave them was mitre than sufficient. I wouldn’t recommend anyone playing on their site terrible customer service etc.
