Wish I could leave Zero stars. I waisted $250 buying this app. It lets you try the first level and I was impressed with the way it works. But, after purchasing I found out that their so called “Advanced levels” are still at a beginner level. I’m a B1-B2 looking to advance to a C1-C2 level. Even their advanced level is a A2. I have sent multiple emails and they respond that they received my emails but will not respond.
I’m so disappointed.
There are so many better options than this app. Completely useless for me and a waist of $250

I have been trying to pay for the French course for two weeks. The site refuses to accept my info. I have reported the issue, and after days of no reponse I was told they would send me an alternate payment method. Nothing. I contacted them a few days later, oh maybe the mail failed to deliver. With today's technology??
Where am I today? Same place I was two weeks ago, except that I thought it prudent to let perspective buyers of the program know what kind of service they can expect from Rocket.

I have it for Chinese, all three levels. The real value is in its ability to record your voice and determine your accuracy. Usually it works okay, but I find it really frustrating that there is at least one audio record button in each lesson that either doesn’t work at all or will only pick up the first syllable of what you say before cutting out. Even when my Chinese husband says the words, it doesn’t work. Then it’s the same words and phases that don’t work in the flash cards.

It’s not just like the occasional one either. It’s like every single lesson. It’s really unacceptable for something so expensive to be so glitchy.

Rocket Languages offers "Rocket Spanish". First off, I'll say this course is not kid friendly. A lot of the conversations are "adult" themed and kids should not be listening to this stuff.

Secondly, they complicate things so much is not even funny. I am a native Spanish speaker and know the language inside and out. What this course is good for is for someone teaching others on what NOT to do. It is good for someone just to get their feet wet but truly not for learning. Using this course, the actually learning comes from a teacher correcting all the flaws and filling in the missing pieces.

Decent, slightly different way of teaching language from what I've seen before. They didn't launch into verb conjugation until a way in which was interesting. Sometimes an odd choice of nouns to teach, but in general it's working. Definitely wait till a black friday sale or something, their list price is pretty high (although comparable to other systems)

I sat down for my 'Rocket Spanish' session this morning and feel so happy with the quick progress I'm making that I thought I'd come on trustpilot and write a review. I'm surprised to see that there's only one other review on here and it's not a good one...I was thinking there'd be hundreds by now!
In any case, I've been trying to learn Spanish for many years, and Rocket languages is so far the best thing I've found next to Glossika and when you combine them both, they really work a treat.
I purchased Rocket Spanish on black Friday and also started the trial of 'Rocket French' so I can communicate with my boyfriend. He has tried to teach me in the past and failed...and now, after 1 lesson we are already having a very sweet little conversation 'Salud, commet ca va?' and he says my pronunciation is perfect, due to copying from the native speaker.
