I’m very pleased with the services offered by this company. All straightforward, good initial explanations, no hidden fees and competitive prices. The car was in good shape and clean. The two operatives I was dealing with were professional, well educated and polite.

After I returned the car, two days later, I realised that I forgot a personal item in the glovebox. The operative, going beyond his work obligations, was very kind to return it to a family member, as I was not in the country anymore.

It’s already my second time using this company and it’s top of the list for my future car rentals. I recommend it without any reserves.

Everything went well, in an easy, pleasant and on time way. A gentleman met us at the Iasi airport and drove us to the rent office, another gentleman met us in the neighborhood of the Suceava Airport, took the car up and drove us to the airport. The total amount of the renting period (8 days) was paid at the moment of the car pick-up by credit card and according to the renting contract, and we were not requested to pay for any extra hidden costs. The car was pretty new and in good general conditions. We strongly recommend Romanian Car Hire.
